New review 21Jan2026 Lowered to 3 stars. Regardless if I tip 25% on a $85 bill, they always find a way to nickel and dime the product & service. What a ridiculous rice crispy treat.

Could have been made hotter.

The inside of this restaurant is always clean, the staff is always friendly and actually feel like a welcoming team that wants to be there to serve and do their job. The front staff is so kind like I genuinely can’t get over it. Most places around here you don’t even get a simple smile, they smile at you if you even look their way. Extremely attentive and they are always on par with the order.
My boyfriend and I regularly take the trip out to this location because it is always worth the extra 20 min drive.

If I could give this restaurant a -100 I would do immediately. I typically don’t leave reviews, but this is the most disgusting meal I have ever had in my life. Not only did my dish have a absurd amount of sauce that overpowered everything else, but the vegetables were extremely soggy, I paid an extra few dollars for some vegetables, and the vegetables were unnoticeable maybe just because compared to the amount of tomatoes in the dish… I have never been so disgusted. I waited over 10 minutes for this order just for everything to be cold, as a pregnant woman I’m so offended and disgusted. What a waste of my time, energy, and money. If I get sick, you guys will know why I lost my baby. Because the food was so repulsive and maybe even under Don. The girl seemed as if it was the most difficult task of her life, I don’t know why restaurants Especially fast food or fast casual keep hiring incompetent children. Please do better noodles and company. When I lived in Chicago, I thought that noodles and companies all over. We’re just not very big on bold flavor, but no this this particular location is a disaster. Just run away, don’t even enter inside as long as that brunette woman is working. Also why did my chicken noodle soup only have one piece of a big chunk of chicken that was extremely cold?

Came in for lunch. Ordered Rigatoni Rosa w/ Parmasean Chicken. Food was good. Place was empty. Nothing extraordinary. Would return again.

I don’t understand why there is hardly no sauce on the entrees. I end up ordering extra sauce and paying extra for sauce that should be on the dinner item from the start. To top it all off, I ordered extra sauce tonight, was charged for it and did not receive it. Entree hardly edible without it.

If you manage this location I would suggest you teach yourself and your staff about basic glove changing and cross contamination and the simple importance of it

When I order Mac and cheese, I expect it to taste like Mac and cheese….not onions…not whatever meat was touched last, not broccoli bits from the last order….

Honestly how in the world do you mess up something as simplistic as Mac and cheese….

If you order a PBJ sandwich, do you want it to taste like tuna salad?!……..the answer is no.

Do better. Quite simple actually. Change your gloves.

Before we ordered we watched a customer come up and ask for missing mushrooms in his dish. The kitchen then asked if it was ok to just put the uncooked mushrooms on top and proceeded to do so.

The entire kitchen was yelling and laughing at each other. Seemed like the place was being ran by teenagers with no supervisor.

Food was consistent as to what to expect from noodles and co. Was exciting to see many of their new dishes and noodle options.

Unfortunately there was a weird feeling in the atmosphere with all the rush and a handful of mistakes I over heard and say haplening. Nothing wrong with mistakes but it did not seem like any where handled correctly and it seemed awkwardly at best.

They recently changed up some of their menu slightly, but apparently also the portioning and this is slightly insulting.

It only cost me $6.80 for the small portion of Japanese pan noodles (top-center of the picture), but below it is my daughter’s meatball fettuccine dinner ($6.30) complete with broccoli side, milk, and apple sauce. On the right is our $6.00 side of garlic bread. Both the garlic bread and kids meal were substantially larger portions than my dinner? It took me like 5 bites to finish my noodles, because the small sized bowl was only half full. A bit disappointing really…

It’s been a while, but the food is still good. Don’t love the move to the paper bowls. And we miss the flat bread/pita they used to sell. But overall the kids love it.

Overall, I love the food here. My kids enjoy it, too. There is something for everybody. If you have food allergies, this place is perfect. Unless you’re cross-contamination intolerant, or your allergy is that intense. The only thing that put the rating lower for me is them messing up the specifics of my order. My kids are very picky eaters. So, after paying like 20$ for their meal, they won’t even eat because they put mushrooms on it when asked not to. The meal still gets eaten, but for that amount of money, I should get what I ask for. Aside from that, food was good, service was good, you generally get what you think you would here.
