Manager welcomed us immediately as we walked into store. As we sat down after ordering, he brought out a marker and coloring book for my daughters. Food was delicious! Definitely deserves a higher rating!! Great service!

Mid…processed for sure. Not bad not great. Service was good she was very nice. Order online? Why a tip? Tipping is out of control. Everywhere i go, subway, noodles, little chasers for a pick up order? Pay them more per hr then and take tipping off online ordering if I’M picking it up. Had way better Mac and pulled pork off the food truck and for the same price.

Overall, it was decent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I ordered the Japanese pan noodles and potstickers. I wish there were more vegetables in my dish, but it was still decent. There was one gentleman staff member who was taking his lunch break in the dining area and talking on his speakerphone — he was very obnoxious.

Mac and cheese was very watery but sadly the best tasting thing we got. The potstickes came to us ice cold literally. We had to send them and my husband’s food back as it was cold. I got the chicken parm and it was sad. Watered down sauce, chicken was dry as a bone. I have included a pic below. The server dropped my daughters food on her and she had to wait for more food to be made.
It was pretty cool to see chopsticks however is seems like a wierd place to have them available.
Will not be going back.

Jerry the manager is what every place in williston needs! He’s amazing! Friendly, funny, and respectful he gives out positive energy when walking in! He makes sure you are taken care of. Jerry is soo cool I almost forgot to review the actual food lol food is great though!

First time to one of these Noodles & Co. First thing I saw were all the dirty tables, so I picked one of the cleanest to sit n eat the Chicken Parmesan. The dish was worthy of the price. After a few bites I started to taste the different flavors. What I really wanted was the Japanese Pan Noodles, but there’s No Rice!!!… C’mon now, Asian food with No Rice???!!! I mentioned to the server that brought my food that all tables were dirty, she never said a word. I might come back one more time , but I doubt it.

Overpriced, over-it attitudes, and underwhelming food. Zero respect for customers (including a customer that had just gotten the wrong food items-basically telling him that it sucks and never once uttered an apology nor fixed his order). Experienced a rude and unhelpful cashier. When I then went to use the soda machine, it was broken, smelly, and I was given awful looks from the prior mentioned cashier. Not the same food as pictured and unbelievable amounts for the price. Cost 6 dollars for 4 florets of broccoli and about a half of cup of noodles. Zero pro’s of this place.

We went there on Halloween night after taking the kids trick or treating and the manager Jerry greeted us immediately. He gave the little one a treat and went above and beyond! The food was excellent and service top notch! I highly recommend this for families.

There was a nice man as the cashier in there. Went above and beyond in service. Held the door open for me, asked how my food was and even gave me a free drink. Havent had service like that before in a long time. He definitely made me give a 5/5 rating for being so kind and generous.
