I’ve had them get my order wrong three times at this point. This time I ordered a BBQ Mac and asked for no green or crispy onions as I wanted to save this for later but I ended up getting more of both and no BBQ sauce. I don’t know how you get that so backwards unless it’s on purpose.

Went here for the first time, the food was sub par, and the freestyle machine didn’t work properly after paying for a drink. Asked them to see about fixing it, and it didn’t get fixed, then anyone who could help with it just disappeared. No one at the counter to help, and the cooks just stared at me.

Incredibly rude staff (at the register she made no eye contact, rude tone, threw receipts all over the floor, forgot to give me cups and didn’t say anything about it, no manners whatsoever) and my food was messed up the last 3 times I’ve been to this location (burnt, not enough, things missing, etc.). Took forever to receive my food which they had ready in the back just sitting there, lobby is packed and there is a line of people waiting to be helped with nobody at the register to help them (the entire line of people walked out after waiting for 10 minutes). People who have ordered after others are also receiving their food before the other.

Absolutely horrible I went with my son and uncle and watched the couple before us be served by the gentleman behind the counter when it was up to us he told us that we needed to go on the app in order to be served when I asked why he wouldn’t help us and if I could speak to a manager he told me he was the manager and I needed to get out of the store I have never been treated so poorly in a place I was paying to be at before I tried to contact the corporate with no luck yet but I would strongly suggest staying away from this place with the so-called manager they have working there now

Ordered a simple mac and cheese and got cold noodles and cheese that was hard. I’m not sure how long it had been sitting back there but pretty ridiculous. They did refund it and offered to remake it but was not going to wait for 20 other orders first. Definitely will not be back.

I have now ordered a due later order twice from them and it had been an hour late both times. This is extremely disappointing especially when both orders were put in over an hour in advance and they were still that late. The traffic inside both times didn’t call for that big of a time delay.
