My husband and I recently visited Noodles & Company and were pretty disappointed. I ordered the basil pesto cavatappi with chicken. The chicken was included, but the entire dish was way too salty. My husband got the chipotle chicken cavatappi and paid an extra four dollars to add chicken, but there was none in his bowl. He mixed everything thoroughly thinking it might be at the bottom, but it was completely missing.
The soda we picked tasted like cough syrup, but to be fair, that was our fault for not trying it before filling our cups. Honestly, the only thing we enjoyed was the garlic cheesy bread.
Overall, it was a letdown. We expected better quality and attention to detail for the price.

First visit – I may be a little harsh – walking in the door was dirty, the floors were clutter and dirty and I noticed the tables and booths were dirty. Besides, the trash receptacles were all full. That is just walking in.
I thought the food prices were steep. After getting our food I thought the prices were really high considering the portion we received. First visit, we will try it one more time. This could have been a bad night.

The Quick pickup line should be called the Slow Pickup line. Ever since they keep the food behind the counter, instead of find your name, grab and go, service has been slow. If you’re not there when your order is ready, nobody checks to see if you’ve arrived to pick it up resulting in a considerable gathering around the pick up area. On my most recent order, I waited for 40 minutes for a pick up, that I was told was not ready, but was behind the counter the entire time.
Be prepared to wait and heat your food up at home if you choose the online ordering option.

The beef noodles were spicy I even tried the sauce prior but I didn’t notice the spiciness of it with a little sample. Just be careful people with UC. I know I can’t handle the least of spiciness. However great service and atmosphere.

I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Cavatappi and it was inedible. The description says it has a smoky Chipotle shake seasoning. Mine arrived completely covered in what tasted like a mixture of chili and curry powders. I dont know if the lid came off the shaker when they were putting it on or if they actually thought it was supposed to completely cover the bowl, but it was disgusting.

The food was delicious, but the overall building condition was dirty and unkept. Things were not only dirty, but worn and falling apart. I felt a bit uncomfortable in the restaurant. There is a lot that needs done to make this establishment presentable.

The food is good, not great. Called ahead to confirm they had a dine in option. The service is strictly fast food. Most of the tables have closed stickers. The rest had please wait for this table to be cleaned. The wait time is actually forever. Never saw a single table cleaned. Food is brought in a to go bag, one napkin, no knife. Way too expensive for this low level of service. 5/19/21 Update, they still require masks, which is fine if they were actually serious about cleanliness. The only clean tables were the ones with “table closed” stickers on them. Still paper bags and a plastic fork only. It appears due to their lack of attention to any other sanitation that they went to everything disposable so they could fire their dishwasher. I won’t be back. Removed 1 star.
