The pasta was so good! It was hot and the portion was generous. The sauce was rich and creamy and the pasta was cooked to perfection. The chicken was fresh and there was a lot of tasty seasoning. I would definitely eat it again. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast. Was told I would receive the food in ten minutes but I got it earlier.

I write a few reviews here and there if I believe an experience warrants a review. I have been to this location a few times without issue. Nice staff, good food, and no issues. Easy in and out. This time was a little different. Came in and they took my order. Person taking my order sort of put me off by messing around with a toy or something and said, “what you want?” Didn’t think too much of it. Maybe they were having a bad day. Said, “you good” after my payment was approved. Again. Whatever. Food comes to my table and it’s the same person. They were too lazy to take the food off the tray and told me to “snatch it off.” If you don’t want to “serve” someone their food they paid for I don’t recommend the food service industry. I get this isn’t the most glamorous job but at least be polite.
Food was not great. I got Mac and cheese with grilled chicken. Basic and my usual. Chicken was over cooked and almost crunchy. Clearly was not grilled. Most likely pan-seared. Sort of looked more like fish than chicken lol. Mac and cheese was more butter noodles with some cheese on top. Cheese couldn’t really melt due to lukewarm temp of the noodles. Noodles were most likely overdone too. Lot smaller than usual. By the time I was almost done the noodles were room temp. I don’t eat slow.
I like Noodles&Co and get it every few months for a “treat.” I go to other locations time to time and have much better experiences there. This will most likely cause me to never come back to this location.
Hope this may help this location become what it once was.

Food was fine but not as good as Wayzata. One specific employee has been irritating every time I go there. He doesn’t even say anything when you order. He doesn’t ask if you’re dining in or eating out. He doesn’t ask for your name and instead just types a random letter into the computer. If you order in he won’t even set the food down he just sets the tray down and tells you to take it off. I can’t stand this employee, I’ve seen other reviews here that are absolutely talking about him as well. He is extremely lazy and annoying. My first interaction with him he didn’t ask if I was eating in or taking to go and I forgot to mention it. So I stood there waiting for the to go bag since he never gave me a table number. Then after 10 minutes I ask him as he’s walking around and he says “oh your food is ready”. Then just holds the tray over the register waiting for me to take all 3 dishes with my 2 hands. Absolutely hate this guy. Considering not going there anymore just because of him.

I came with my friend who hasn’t been here but 3x in her life so things were a bit hectic and then when I tried to redeem my points on my app the employee said the wifi didn’t work, so he comped my pop, so that was nice! Then when the food came, hers wasn’t hot so she asked them to reheat it, but they remade it and she was happy. We got garlic bread too, which was OK, but not much garlic. I think I need to bring garlic seasoning places or I wish they would put it out! My friend is in her 70s,,if that explains any thing. Lol.

Manager is the worst manager I’ve ever seen in my life. They messed up my order, said they were going to go cook it when I let them know it was wrong. Waited half an hour for my food, when I went to go check and they said I needed to pay for my chicken since they didn’t ring it up and that they haven’t made it at all. I asked for a refund since I didn’t eat any of the wrongly prepared food and she said no and proceeded to argue with me infront of customers and children. Will never be back to this dirty, poorly managed place.

I’ve ordered BBQ Mac with Steak at this location many times. At this store they consistently forget to add the BBQ sauce and jalapeño chips. Normally they are polite and work with me and I understand with being busy. I called to let them know they had messed up this order a nth time at this location. My mac was just noodles with steak and cheese (missing the BBQ and chips). The general manager, Tristan, first tells me, “I remember making that order, we definitely did it right.” I proceed to offer photos and he shifts it to a refund of the food item. He then tells me, “If you keep having this problem at this store you should just order from another Noodle’s. There are plenty in the area”.
I’ve never experienced a general manager to first tell me they definitely made it correctly then tell me well if you don’t like the outcome, take your service somewhere else. There was zero ownership and I’m not interested in paying more or waiting longer for an outcome of getting the food my app lets me select. I’m in shock a GM deflected this as if an expectation of customization, which is promoted by Noodles, is unreasonable for his store.

Decent enough for a quick bite when you are hungry. Never had a bad meal here, but the quality of the company (not just this place) has gotten worse over the years. So it’s been a while since I’ve had a good meal here either.

Ordered the new Chicken Alfredo recently and it tasted terrible! The noodles were dry and the flavors don’t go together at all! It was all chewy and difficult to eat. Also there was barely any alfredo sauce in it. I wish they never got rid of the original Chicken Alfredo bowl which was my favorite and nothing was wrong with it. Some changes are not needed. Very disappointed.

It’s fine, just, the food felt lower quality than usual (e.g. cheese not even melted on M&C when served), and just a bad system in place leading to longer than average wait times for dining in. It felt like nobody was on table or clean-up duty.
It was fine though. I probably wouldn’t plan on a quick, fast casual dine-in here.
I’ll be honest, I was also taken back by the removal/absence of Monte More chicken from the menu as well, which is my go-to!
