I included receipt, I ordered Japanese pan noodles with chicken, but there was no chicken. I also ordered chili ramen with chicken. The ramen did have chicken but the noodles don’t look like ramen to me. It looks more like flat pasta noodles. Disappointing

I stopped in around four pm and ordered mac n’ cheese and chicken noodle soup to go. I patiently waited more than fifteen minutes for my food. There were at least five or six patrons who picked up online orders while I was there. It is clear that those orders are given priority over the people ordering at the counter. I was just one person with a small order, yet they let me stand there forever… until I finally got my food. Oh, and there were at least five, maybe more employees “working” at the time!
Once in the car, I opened the container for a few quick bites of my favorite mac n’ cheese I haven’t eaten Noodles and Company for quite some time but always regarded the Mac n’ cheese to be excellent; flavorful creamy and thick!
Boy was I disappointed! The mac n’ cheese was at a level below Kraft! No taste, just noodles drowning in a pool of watered down “cheese” liquid. Man! How can the restaurant get away with this?
PS: the chicken noodle soup was the last serving from the very bottom of the pot. I forgot to photograph the bowl before I threw it away. Trust me, the green colored soup had no appetizing qualities!
This was my experience; just after dental surgery, looking for some soft and comforting food to bring home.

Food was great. Was nervous that the reciept didn’t say glutem free and no mushrooms on it but it came just as I ordered (gluten free and no mushrooms). The employee though when having me my change (I paid cash) said to me “I’m not sure if I got the change correct.” That was concerning that he is on the cashier part but doesn’t know how to count money. He did get the amount correct though but looked confused as well.

I ordered food for my wife’s birthday party to be ready by 4:30pm today. When I got there at 4:25pm my order wasn’t even started yet. It wasn’t even completed till 4:45pm which delayed her party from starting. My other issue with app order is they included the tip which was hidden from my view on screen until I pressed the payment button. I would of had no problem tipping for good service not being added at time of order prior to picking up my order. I am unclear how long it will be before I order from Noodles online again.

I ordered an entree through the app and specified a time to pickup. Unfortunately, I ended up being at work longer than anticipated so I called this location to inform that I would be picking up my order later than what I had stated in the app. Shea (please forgive me if I am misspelling your name) was so understanding. She said she wanted me to have a warm meal and would remake my entree so it would be temperature appropriate when I arrive. She went above and beyond with her customer service. When I finally left work and arrived I was greeted by Shea and her welcoming smile as she handed me the freshly remade order. After an unexpected longer day at work Shea’s exceptional customer service was so very much appreciated. Her act of kindness, especially in today’s environment, felt like a gift. Thank you, Shea, for your amazing customer service, for going above and beyond, and most importantly, for being a human that emanates goodness.

Ordered delivery online, they didn’t start working on order until we called an hour later. Missing drinks and desserts when order arrived. Got a refund from Door dash, but will definitely not order from this location again.

We ordered online early to have our 6 person order ready by 4:15 for take out. We arrived at 4:15 and the order wasn’t even half ready. It wasn’t ready until 4:45. We were late for our friend gathering. We were not happy that we were pre-charged for a tip on our bill. Why would we give a tip for a service we were not happy with? We were extremely unhappy with our experience at Noodles.

Food is ok , like any other noodles and co. But gosh does this place have a horrible smell and I don’t think they have cleaned or replaced the carpet in over 10 years. Please deep clean the place up.
