I really like noodles and company. The food is good and the quality is clear in the food (most visits). Recently I DoorDashed noodles to the beach, and my experience was terrible. A driver was assigned to my order right away, and it was said that my order would arrive 45 minutes after I ordered. Turns out noodles couldn’t do that for me. It went from 45 min to 1 hour to 1:30 hours. My poor dasher had to wait that long for a Mac and Cheese that happened to be extremely watery! All of the other times I visited this location were fine, but what went wrong there?? It was 3pm!

This is THE best Noodles and Company I have EVER in my life eaten at. I ordered the mac and cheese like I usually do when I go to this one and since I was like, pretty young every time I’ve gone there the portion sizes are perfect and correct in size (not too small, just right like they are supposed to be). No other Noodles compares to this one, the Mac and Cheese is always very creamy and cheesy perfectly, and everything else I have tried there blows away every other location. The taste is the best out of every location, and you can just tell they make theirs fresh. IF YOU CHOOSE TO EAT NOODLES, THIS IS THE ONE!

I was so surprised how quickly my order was prepared! Currently not doing in-store dining, but this location has everything set up for orders to be seamlessly picked up. They greeted me as I walked in and seemed like a super fun crew! I ordered ordered Japanese noodles with extra sauce, since I had about a 40 minute drive home, and when I got home they were still piping hot. Thank you to the crew at the Minnetonka Noodles for making my day!

Went here at dinner time at 6pm and ordered food like normal! Then after waiting for about 20 min our food comes to us! We open it up and the Pad tai had more sauce then noodles in it. When we asked for it to be remade they didn’t care! They asked us what we didn’t like about it and told us that it was made correctly. We have both had pad Thai from noodles many times and knew of course that the Pad tai was done incorrectly, but the cook was telling us we were wrong about it and that’s what it always looks like. The young girl in front was defending him and treating us like we didn’t know what we were talking about.

Every restaurant is open to seating. This restaurant isn’t though. Clearly it’s ran by a clown. Sales must be real good with there 3 meals on the table when you walk in and last time I did have it delivered the food was dry and tasted like it had been sitting around for over a hour. Will be going to snuffys down the road where it’s open and people aren’t wearing masks.
