Ordered on the app, which is always quick and easy. I showed up as soon as my food was being bagged and was greeted kindly by staff. They made sure I had utensils in the bag before I left. The restaurant was clean and all of our food was fresh and absolutely delicious!

Went here around 9:30pm and ordered food for my daughter and I. The cashier was very nice but we had to do the order about 3 times, then the computer crashed so I had to wait for it to reboot. So I had to wait extra time for that, also I ordered chicken on top of my meal. Instead of putting it on the noodles they put it on the side. But the restaurant was clean and the staff I encountered were nice and friendly.

So I like Noodles usually, right? I usually get pad thai but figured I’d try something new with the chili garlic ramen.
I wish I hadn’t. It tastes like an AI came up with a list of words people used to describe the food they like then told chefs to put ingredients in something to make it taste those things. It tastes like food that misses the point. It tastes like confusion, disappointment, and one of the few choices in my chaotic life I truly regret. Don’t get it. Please.
The pad thai with chicken or steak is usually pretty good tho recommend that for sure

Mac and cheese is noodles with shredded cheese on top, not melted, not stirred together, basically do-it-yourself. Orange chicken noodles had good flavor as did the pad Thai noodles. Cilantro was just handfuls of stalks, leaves were not torn off the stems at all.

So i have been to a few noodles and companies. I was very pleased at this location. Sometimes these locations skimp on your portion size but I felt like this particular location did an extremely good job and making sure that I had the correct portion and that everything was perfectly seasoned. I really appreciate that because even though it’s fast food I still expect to get what I paid for. I ordered a buttered noodle bowl with the Parmesan crusted chicken and it was extremely hot everything was well proportioned to the amount of noodles I got I also ordered a pad Thai and that stayed extremely warm even 40 minutes after I ordered.

Good pasta, quick and easy. My favorite dish the Pasta Fresca is no longer on the menu, but if you ask nicely they still make it! This location is provided a reasonable amount of feta cheese for my dish as well.

I placed an order for creamy mac and cheese on line at 11:20am for a 1:40 pick up time today (Tuesday). My daughter was on a field trip and her school group was stopping at various restaurants in the area for a quick late lunch. I figured they would be swamped so was trying to give them a heads up before Noodles got bombarded. My daughter called to tell me that her order wasn’t ready when she got there (a little later than my request time). No one who ordered ahead (which was most of the group) had food ready. They were coming from St Paul to Eden Prairie so plenty of time to get orders done in my opinion. I ended up calling the store and started the conversation by saying I’m sorry to bother you, I know you are swamped with a large group and then went into telling the lady on the phone about when I placed my order. So was INCREDIBLY rude, interrupting me, telling me they were short staffed and working on orders. She said there was a 40 minute wait time and that they would get to the order when they got to it. I asked what would they be doing if the kids had to leave before they got their food and she said she wasn’t going to do anything and that I would have to contact the GM at a later time. She also told me they don’t get orders until the requested pick up time (which seems completely inefficient to me) and it didn’t matter what time the order was placed. My daughter ended up getting food at 2:29 and luckily bc it was such a huge issue, one of the busses was able to stay for the kids still waiting.49 minutes after my requested pick up time was when she got her basic bowl of Mac and cheese. I was completely floored with how unprofessional and rude the employee was. I work retail and my husband is in restaurants so we have a lot of patience for this industry but this was completely unacceptable. I will not ever give this location my business again as long as it is run in such an inefficient manner and allows employees to act the way they did. In this business, you have situations like that, you deal with difficult clientele. But when you’re efficient and good at your job, you don’t act or react the way this staff did. So disappointed.
