We both got the parmesan chicken with our noodle bowls and both were bording on burnt and dry and gross. I had the pesto and it was also off and had 17 tomatoes in it. Now, I like tomatoes but come on. Second time the food we picked up here was not very good. For $25 for 2 noodle dishes that were dry and inedible we will not be back. Other locations we haven’t had issues with.

Just ate at this location with my daughter. When we walked in, there were about a half dozen people waiting for their orders and we could see the screens flashing with multiple pending orders. The worker behind the counter was putting orders together very quickly but took the time to turn around and acknowledge every person that walked in the door. She handed out the orders with a big smile and thanked everyone for eating here. We dined in and when she served us our meals, she did so with a big smile and apologized for the wait (which was completely unnecessary being they were slammed so the wait time was expected.) This worker’s name was Anikka (I may be misspelling it) and her customer service skills, especially with the stress of being in a rush, should be rewarded!

This place could be better. I have watched my food slowly die many times in the expediting phase because the clerk is struggling to take in orders and communicate with the line cooks at the same time while the shift manager washes dishes in back. It’s beyond irritating. Also, they have a habit of not really toasting the cheese bread. I frequent weekday evenings.

Ordered doordash while staying at a hotel and the store conveniently forgot to pack silverware in with my order. Not sure how this happens especially when delivering to a hotel but do better!!

Ordered via UberEats for the first time a couple days ago. My kids don’t like parmesan so I called and requested no parmesan on the kids spaghetti meals. Our kids are picky eaters and they ended up finishing the entire meal! Just ordered the same meals again this morning, called the store, and they remembered our request for no parmesan! Very impressive!!! Will continue supporting this store!

Gotta get your hair under control. Within 5 bites i found 2 black hairs ~1/2in long. Also maybe turn up the heat a bit, it’s always cold in there!

The food is always great. However, this location desperately needs to revisit its food safety standards. The ice machine and soft drink dispenser smell really bad. The ice had black specs. The machine needs to be cleaned. It was really disappointing.
