This is my go to location in the city of Saint Paul. Every time I come here, I am treated kindly. The service is nice. The food is amazing and it always feels clean and nice inside. The last two times I’ve recently came here. I noticed a new team member. Her name is Sarah she is outstanding and has great customer service! Thank you for always doing a good job here.

Food is fine, I like Noodles & Co. in general and theybput out the same quality as any other location, but I’ve ordered delivery from here twice and not received the drink I ordered with my meal. At least on the second time, I know it’s not on the driver because they were never handed a drink to begin with. I don’t know why this keeps happening, but clearly the staff need to figure something out so I don’t feel like I got scammed for simply ordering a combo meal on UberEats

There is a shelf near the ordering counter that I’m guessing was built for online order pick ups. People tend to take bags that aren’t there’s so it makes sense this store has stopped using it, but it would be extremely helpful to put up a sign above the shelf that says you need to check in at the counter for pick up orders. I’ve never been to this store so I didn’t know I had to, I waited an extremely long time waiting for my order to be placed on the shelf before I overheard someone else walk right up and get their order right away.

Went there again today and just as good of service as usually get. I picked up I’m the Impossible Orange Chicken and Pasta Fresca with Parmesan Chicken.

Kinda frustrated when I waited over 30 minutes for 2 meals and a order of bread. Call to have it rectified only to be told to mention the persons name like a membership club…. get a book you guys are right next to target. If its confusing on how to use it my time ain’t free just the advice!

I am a huge Noodles fan. Its my favorite “fast casual” chain. This particular dine in experience wasn’t great. All the tables in the area where we wanted to sit had crumbs and debris on them. I used my rewards points to buy a rice crispy but it was as hard as a rock. The garbage was completely full and almost over-flowing. And my last criticism is targeted more toward Noodles Corporate. These signs that have all the noodle names written out “phonetically” are SO tacky. See picture.

Had the Japanese pan noodles with marinated steak. It was A1, delicious in every sense of the word. The service was also top notch, the food came out fast and hot. The establishment was clean and inviting. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Will return for sure!
