Hadn’t been to Noodles and Company in a hot minute, but we decided to go for lunch. I had the linguine fresco and my husband had the Chicken Parmesan bowl. Both of them were very good! I was pleasantly surprised how good mine was. It’s not something I would normally order, but I’m glad I tried it. The person who took our order was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and inviting. I would recommend you check out if you haven’t.

As of writing this review they are severely understaffed. It took about 30 minutes to get my food when I ordered in. It looks like the people working are only making take out orders. If you want quick food I would not recommend coming here.

We walked in at 8:29 this manager said loudly to her coworker working the front these have to be Togo orders they cannot sit inside. It says it’s open until 9pm and she was pissed we came in at 8:29 all the chairs were all up already and looked like they wanted to close. They made us extremely uncomfortable and if they close at 8:30 then they need to close then. Rude customer service. If this was my business I wouldn’t want to lose out on money bc my employees are lazy

Stopped late on my way home after a work function. I eat keto, so I ordered the zucchini pesto with grilled chicken. It was delicious!! The zoodles were a fantastic texture, not too soft or mushy at all!! The sauce was delicious and it had a good amount of chicken!
Restaurant was pretty dead, which makes me sad as I typically enjoy Noodles & Company. Staff wasn’t overly friendly.

Normally my family are big Noodles fans. Not today though. After waiting for several minutes without being acknowledged only to be told curtly that our order would not be taken for at least another 5-10 minutes, it was clear that this location does not greatly value our patronage. We had lunch elsewhere.

This place has gone down hill so much in the last year but today was the worst. We typically order the exact same thing every time we go and the cashier never understands what we’re saying. It’s a different person every time. I wanted my food as a meal (entree choice, side salad, fountain drink) and she says “we don’t do that here” then I repeated what I had gotten in the past and always have and she says “so you want to make it a meal” GIRL THATS WHAT I’VE BEEN SAYING! So we FINALLY finish ordering and we order to dine in and they box everything up to go. Whatever we left! Get home and the Caesar dressing for my salad tastes so horribly of fish that I couldn’t even eat it. The only thing they have going for them is that my child loved the Mac n cheese, my dish was great and way more of an amount than normal and my boyfriend didn’t have any complaints about his either. So whoever the cook was, thank you the food.

I don’t know what the issue is here, but the service is just flat out bad. I ordered in the app ahead of time, was quoted 7-14 min and it took well over 35-40 min to get my food. The place was not that busy so I am.really not certain what caused the massive delay. They didn’t look understaffed when I was there so I am honestly not sure what the issue was. Just a flat out disappointment.

Restaurant is extremely understaffed. Recommend ordering online they are way more focused on to-go orders rather than people who come in and order. Staff are extremely apologetic about time, def recommend ordering online tho

We’ve ordered from noodles and company occasionally and the food is OK though overpriced. This week, I ordered a cup of chicken noodle soup because I needed to get above 25 to use a coupon. The cup wasn’t even half full with barely any broth or ingredients. Hesitant to choose them again.
