I went to noodles and Company on November 26, 2025 at about 11 AM. It was the first snow of the year. When I arrived at the restaurant, the sidewalk was cleared and safe with no visible ice or snow. Upon entering the restaurant, it was warm and clean.
My initial contact was with an individual behind the counter. He was very pleasant and extremely patient with us. I believe his name is Shawn but it was difficult to read his name tag. He was extremely professional, very nice and answered any questions we had. After placing our order, we selected a nice window seat. It felt private and comfortable. A short time later, the same person who took our order brought our food out to us. I ordered the chicken noodle soup and broccoli with Parmesan. The chicken noodle soup was fantastic. The broccoli and Parmesan was out of this world. It was absolutely fantastic. A short time later, the person who took our order came to our table to check on us. I was surprised most counter service restaurants don’t check to see how the food was. Generally, I’ve only experienced this in high-end restaurants.
In conclusion, the food was fantastic. I would definitely return, but what I really like to acknowledge is the treatment we received from the staff, particularly the gentleman who took our order. I noticed two other people behind the counter, a male and a female, who were preparing food, you can tell this is a very nice atmosphere to work in because they all worked very well together. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I would give the customer service the highest points.

I was there around 6:50 pm on 10/30/25. When we were able to order, we were told it would be a half hour wait. It was closer to 45 minutes. We were given a number for our table. During our wait, the server brought over two different orders (looking for the correct customer). What is the point of the table/order number?
Another woman was frustrated with her wait time. She regretted coming there again. She said it happens everything. When we got our order, it didn’t have the bacon on it that was in the menu title. Other than that, the food was good.
They did give us two complimentary chocolate chip cookies and two free meal coupons.

Avoid this location. Went the last Saturday in June 2025 after dinner rush. Noticed 5 staff working. Ordered. Waited 25 minutes for our simple order, still no food. When inquiring, was told to wait. Staff looked confused, for example it took 2-3 people to work the microwave. Waited 5 more minutes and asked for money back. This place is a shell of how it was a few years ago. Fix your store or sure as the sun will shine you will go out of business.

Had extremely disappointed experience last night with the Cottage Grove Noodles and Company. Ordered over $100 worth of food to be delivered for an event at my church the evening before needed. The food never arrived, called the store and they told me “Once it is picked up they have no responsibility, and I needed to call Door Dash” When I looked at Door Dash text, it said the order had been cancelled, yet the store said it was picked up. The phone number for the dash driver was invalid. Called Door Dash Customer Service and they said they would refund Noodles and then I need to work with Noodles to get a refund. I will never order from Noodles or use Door Dash again, the manager in charge last night was not helpful at all in this situation!!

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this establishment. I felt uncomfortable due to the behavior of some of the workers, and unfortunately, the situation escalated to the point where law enforcement had to be involved. Additionally, the food did not meet my expectations. I hope management takes action to improve both their service and overall atmosphere.

We’ve ordered from this place before and we’ve had no issues. But tonight we ordered two dishes, and mine came with raw chicken!!! We called and they gave us a refund. But PLEASE be more careful when cooking, this could actually be very dangerous to eat. And people , make sure you always double check your food before eating.

Noodles was great when they came on the scene years ago. They went through a lull of poor quality and smaller portions for a while… but they’re back! This location in particular. Great food, always follow the special directions on our orders. We always order to-go, so I can’t comment on the dining in experience, but staff has been helpful in our experience.

Everything that I’ve ever had here has been very good. There’s really no other place like it in the area, and it’s a nice change from all of the fast food burger joints around. The BBQ Pork Mac is pretty amazing!

I have been going here once a week for about a year and just found out the the GM Abbie was terminated. This is extremely dissapointing because she help nurture a welcoming environment, every time I saw her there the entire staff seemed to be having a great time and providing exceptional service. Not only was the food always amazing, but the building was always very clean and comfortable. I will not be returning to this location and will find a new business to support.

I have been a regular at this location since it opened, visiting several times a month, and have consistently been impressed with the quality of the food and service. However, I was disappointed to learn that Abbie, the manager, was terminated. In my opinion, Abbie was a valuable asset to the company, consistently demonstrating exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. She will be missed. I am disappointed in leadership for not recognizing what an asset she was. I will not be returning.
