My order was supposed to be ready yet well over 10 minutes ago, employees haven’t even acknowledged me.
Terrible, Terrible Service.
Took 12 mins past pick up time.
Yeah real “Fast Service”
Also couldn’t help but notice they had three people in the back cooking and only one person that was completely overwhelmed up front maybe split up the employees equally so that you can actually make progress, does it matter how much food is done if they can’t bag it up and get it out.
Had a line of 10 customers.. smdh

Worst customer service ever order a chk ceasar salad and wasn’t given any chk at all called to ask for a refund and employee/ supervisor said I can’t get a refund if I don’t come back and get it. Offered stupid coupon instead. I don’t want that I want my money back. I live 30 minutes away from this location. I’m not gonna waste my time and gas to come get my money back. Corporate needs to fix this problem. I won’t be going back to any noodles and company. After this worst customer experience.

its alright. food doesnt taste bad, but they need a real manager here later in the day. just a bunch of kids goofing around behind the counter being loud and obnoxious. not professional at all. also noticed the big girl not wearing gloves while preparing food. L besides the alternative girl with black hair, she took my order last time and was really sweet.

If an order is a takeout or delivery, INCLUDE PLASTICWARE!!!! How hard is that? Sick and tired of getting my order only to find out I have to eat it with my fingers! Also, because of the lack of plasticware, i get no salt and pepper, so I can’t season to taste! Get your act together!

This place has great food and at a great price. The restaurant seems clean and the staff are friendly.
I ordered the buffalo chicken mac n cheese and i loved it! Definitely recommend.
The only reason i am giving this four stars instead of five. Is because the girl they had taking my order at the cash register had such a bad lisp and speach impediment that I could hardly understand a word she said. Then when I struggled to understand her, she got visibly upset at me.
Other than that, the service was great.

I ordered chicken Alfredo from the east calumet location. They gave me a bowl full of oil….my noodles were swimming! They proceeded to tell me that they were too busy to help me. So I called this location and explained my situation and an amazing staff had helped me out with my order even tho I never ordered from their store. They gave me a fresh bowl of noodles and a couple of Rice Krispies. They all, everyone in the kitchen, wished me a good rest of my day and if that’s not good customer service than I can’t tell you what is. Thank you to the staff working hard this morning! I would highly recommend driving a few extra minutes to this location their service is unbeatable
