Portions are extremely small. Got the pulled pork Mac and cheese and it came with almost no pulled pork..None of the employees were very friendly either. Then I watched cheese sit out for more than 20 minutes… hopefully I don’t get sick

The food was as expected, however the service was less than we had hoped for. We showed up 50 minutes before close and were rudely made aware that when restaurant would be closing in 50 minutes.
We were well aware of the hours of operation, infact, the fact that they were open until 10pm was a primary reason we stopped for soup.
The situation was uncomfortable and we felt unwelcome. We finished our meal and left by 9:40pm.

So I rated this a two star as in my mind this is a fast food type of joint but are charging for full fledged restaurant prices. I can’t believe our meal was over $30 for 2. All we had was pesto noodles with chicken and buttered noodles with meatballs. On top of the extremely over priced meals the portion sizes have crashed. Now this is mostly likely a corporate move for the franchise and in no way is the local franchisee at fault. Although I think they could push back harder on this. I don’t want to hear oh it is inflation and prices are going to go up. Come on now this is just your basic noodle with a little bit of flavoring. I loved going to this place because it was reasonable and the food was really good. Now I have no desire to ever come back for those prices. I have way more options in the area for way better prices and better food.

Ordered the duo chicken parm with garlic parm noodles. What i got was two types of noodles in one container. No sauce and think chicken. I also opted for the cheesy garlic bread. Which arrived shrunk and stale. Very displeased and not likely to order from this establishment again

Two Thursdays ago (after seeing the line at HuHot) I made this mistake of trying this place; it took 30 minutes for our food to get to us –even though the place had 4 other patrons–and when it did, it was clear that it HAD been hot…twenty minutes earlier, but their priorities were serving the DoorDash/UberEats and people sitting in their dining room could just fluff off. Never.Ever.going back here.

Came here with family while visiting from out of town. Very customer friendly staff. The food was hot and great. Our parmesean crusted chicken was a bit crisper than it should’ve been, but overall didn’t ruin the meal. We’ll be back next time we visit town.

This was a fine meal. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t over the top amazing. I had the regular Mac n Cheese and it was fine. I could easily go to another place to get better Mac n Cheese and I could easily go to another place to get worse Mac n Cheese. Other than that, my Lemonade was good, the service was good, and the atmosphere was as good as any other American food chain.

Food was good, service was even better. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a nice young man (didn’t catch his name – no name tag, one of my only criticisms – but he had longer blonde hair). He was very friendly and gave me plenty of suggestions after I asked him the best dishes. I ended up ordering the Spicy Korean Steak Noodles. He brought them to me after only ~5 minutes, and they were hot and looked delicious. They tasted even better! They also have the Coke Freestyle machines, my favorite. Restaurant had wrapper debris here and there, but they were very understaffed and it seemed to have been a long day. Overall I had a great experience, and I can’t wait to go back!
