A much different atmosphere than what I originally expect coming in here. There is no yelling, employees were super happy and genuinely happy! They had all the stools up cause we came up and they kept apologizing and it wasn’t a big deal at all. But it was just nice that they cared and acknowledged it. I don’t know if staff changed or what but it was much different atmosphere!

Food was was okay but the place was disgusting. Food on the floor, the flooring looked like it either is mopped with dirty water if it’s mopped at all. Worst of all the staff was rude. When my 12 year old asked if they had plain ramen they were going back and forth to each other saying “I don’t even know how you would do that “. Just was not a welcoming atmosphere.

We came in at 4pm and the 3 staff members on duty we absolutely swamped. Ashley, the lady who got our order for us, established they were busy and it would be a bit. We waited roughly 25 minutes, got our food with no issues, and the staff absolutely crushed it. Mainted composure, had good communication, and team work in general.

I always have top notch service. I love the food. Even when I’ve come in last minute I have quality food. Anytime Ive had an issue they have always fixed it above and beyond. Ashley is an awesome employee. She even remembered us from when we called about Uber Eats failing to bring our meals. Friendly staff.

Used to love coming to this noodles and company. Ended up moving away from the area so made a point to stop because we used to love it so much. Staff were unfriendly when they used to be so welcoming and kind. Drink station was gross, where the lids were placed was filed with people’s old straw wrappers and garbage. One worker went over there to get a drink and never addressed the issue(I went to the counter to tell them) and just walked away multiple times.

My girlfriend and I come into this location a lot. Margret and Ashley are always amazing, sweet, and their customer service is great. Even after changing management and being short staffed they maintained very very good attitudes!!! We always leave satisfied and specifically LOVE this locations service and food. Keep up the great work!

It took 30 min to get our food because the order was messed up 2 times. Pasta Fresca, paid extra for steak and shrimp. We only got 2 pieces of shrimp, no feta cheese and barely any sauce Chicken bacon alfredo, again barely any sauce very dry. They did give us a small order of garlic bread which was the best part of the meal.

THE BEST!!! My girlfriend and I went in 2 days in a row (yeah, we fat.) and Amanda was GREAT. Extremely helpful with suggestions and even showed us a different type of noodle that was FIIIIRE for the Buffalo Mac n cheese. 10/10 Recommend
