While staying in the area, we stopped here to get a meal for our grandson, and it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. It began at the register; the staff member was unable to answer basic questions about the ingredients in the Steak Stroganoff, which was concerning and set a poor tone.
After paying, I waited for over 20 minutes. Despite being the only customer waiting in the restaurant, no one spoke to me or called my name. When I finally asked a kitchen worker to check on the status, he told me the food was already ready. I had been standing in the same spot where I ordered, and he bluntly informed me that orders are picked up on the other side of the front area—something no one had shared with me.
By the time I got the food, both my meal and my grandson’s were lukewarm and soggy from sitting in condensation. The staff was neither knowledgeable nor friendly, and the lack of communication was unacceptable. I will not be patronizing this location again.
Tip for others: If you are new to this location, be aware that the staff may not notify you when your food is ready. Make sure to check the far side of the counter yourself, or your food will sit there getting cold.

Walked over after visiting MMOCA for dinner. No waiting and order cordially taken. Promptly served entrees. The food quality was very pleasing and appropriately portioned. Both entrees tasted very good and fresh ingredients were used. First time visiting but would return.

Food was okay at best. My issue was during checkout. The employee, before I could even address the tap to pay, decided to push the tip button himself saying, “oh this is how you get past that screen to pay.” He pushed the button to tip on his own and acted like it was the norm.

The location is fairly rundown and it shows with the decoration and the state of the tables, chairs and carpeting. The food is very good but is on the higher side once you add protein to the dish. I do recommend the Asian options and the Mac and cheese is delicious.

First time. Korean noodles were a little wet, lots of beef though. Stroganoff “was good” but who eats that! Mac&Cheese was awesome! Great views from the top floor. Would give 5 stars but it was kind of dirty, stairs sticky and there was a smell of urine in the air.

Not that reviews matter at places like this. It’s gone down hill from previous years. Got the pesto and noodles were cold and undercooked. Still tasted hard. My daughter got the buttered noodles with grilled chicken. lol the chicken. They gave her maybe 5 pieces of chicken. I didn’t think you could mess up cooking noodles but here we are.

In general enjoyed my experience at this Noodles location. It wasn’t the most amazing meal I’ve ever tasted, but it also wasn’t the worst meal either. The Mac n Cheese is a classic that I recommend picking up if you swing in. Also the pesto chicken was tasty!

Update: Noodles and Company had corrected the issue with the bus stop!
You have been blocking the bus stop near your restaurant for weeks.
There is a row of trash and recycling containers on the sidewalk that prevent passengers from exiting the bus.
As you can see, there is a noodles and company logo on the trash containers. There are a growing number of passengers who are unhappy with this.
What solutions can you consider to correct this issue?

Food is just so so. Pot stickers raw dough, no sear or gyouza crust. Register guys pushes the tip button himself before you can act. Not going back.
