Consistently much slower customer service than any store I visit. There’s never anyone at the counter and they absolutely seem to prioritize to-go/online orders over in store guests. Food came out cold last 2 visits.
Credit card machine doesn’t have a 0% tip option so I have to manually enter it to not give them a tip for taking 12 minutes to serve me a cold buttered noodles. Shameful.

Ordered inside the store at the counter. Asked for the Duo was charged for a large bowl plus added salad. When I got home my salad was forgotten. Called and asked for a credit card refund for my salad. Was told I can only get the refund if I come back to the restaurant. The $3.50 wasn’t worth the fuel or my time to go back to the restaurant. I think they do this on purpose to be honest. I have never had another restaurant ask me to return to the location for a refund. They have apologized and just refunded my money for the missing item.

Joe, the manager, always makes it a great experience for me. Hopefully the company compensates him enough to keep him around. The food is the same as any other noodles.

Soda machine was filthy, as was the condiment area.
2 years later we returned to give it another shot. Everything was excellent and the staff was great. The restaurant seems very concerned about cleanliness now. GREAT Improvement over my original review!!

First time we went to this location; it was great! The staff were super friendly, food was made quickly and was made well. When I’m heading up north, this will be the location we go to for Noodles & Co. from now on – it was that good!
