The place is fine, the food is fine, but the wait time is unreal. This used to be fast-food adjacent- now, I could get faster food at a sit down restaurant… which is not what Noodles is supposed to be, so this location’s days are numbered unless they learn how to expedite. I’ve been in on three separate occasions now where I’ve waited over a half hour for Mac n cheese. They either need more staff during the dinner rush, or better management. The atmosphere is taking a dip because of all of the unhappy people waiting for their takeout orders.

We love Noodles and Company… but this time it was different. Both our main dishes were dry. There was no sauce. The best part was the chicken on my wife’s Penne Rosa and the meatballs on my Pesto Cavatappi. The side Caesar salad was the tiny! The good news is… the Mexican Cokes were delicious! We will give them another chance, but this time it was disappointing.

Placed an ahead order online 45 minutes before I showed up for the pickup and it still was not ready. When I came in an exceptionally slow and extraordinarily unhelpful employee named Bella asked if I had a pickup; I gave her my name and they said they were finishing it up right then. That was somewhat true because I saw my order ready and waiting to be bagged for 20 minutes! When I asked to cancel my order they said they would refund me (we’ll see if they actually do) and then took my food away. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just bag my food instead of letting sit for 20 minutes getting cold? Seems like they wanted a free meal to me. Absolutely horrible experience. Went to Chipotle next door instead and got my food within a minute.

Placed an online order 45mins before arriving. We watched our order sit for at least 20mins. When we asked if we could cancel or grab the already prepared food Bella proceeded to put our food to the side and say we will refund you. Seems like she wanted a free meal… Avoid this place at all cost.

Went in yesterday evening to pick up a quick online order and there were a few customers waiting but I thought nothing of it. 20 minutes just waiting on an order that had been ready the minute that I walked in.
I was waiting for someone to stop what they were doing and ask if anyone was there for pickups but not one person did so. They all kept prepping orders with their backs turned.
One guy who dined in with his young child stood by the counter as I assumed something might have been wrong with his order while trying to get the attention of someone behind the counter only to be met with passive attitude by a young female employee.
She was prepping other orders but also chose to IGNORE him and any and everyone who asked if she could check for a name on an order!?
Another male customer who had been waiting also quickly asked her if she could check an order under a name. Again, IGNORED him as if he wasn’t speaking to her.
It only takes a minute to respond to someone who paid for a product.
So I then asked this same girl (as she was handing someone else their order) if she can check for an order under my name. She responded in the same manner which was to IGNORE me and continue prepping orders.
The frustation of all this was that my order was sitting on the “to-go” table the entire time lol.
It finally took a male employee to come and assist everyone. As he handed me my order, I told the young female worker “It would have only taken you a minute to check for my order that was on the table the entire time..” I would have been one less employee to assist.
And she just stood there with a sarcastic “omg” expression. If you were having a bad day young girl, then go home lol. Or find another job that you actually want to do!
This place needs to do two things: Hire more help in the evening and hire people with better attitudes! The young male was no better as his response was “Look, you got your food..” Seriously!?!?!? His response should have been apologizing to customers for the 15-20min plus wait time. The nerve of these new young generation employees.
I’ll definitely be taking a break from this place.

I ordered a Penne Rosa and the noodles were over cooked, they forgot the spinach and my pasta was drowning in the sauce. The chicken soup had more noodles than broth. This is the worst Noodles in Company I have ever been to.

UPDATE: I really like Noodles but man for $12 I don’t feel like I get enough food! I shouldn’t still feel hungry after a paying $12 for a tiny, half bowl of food…
We’ve had so many issues at this Noodles, half the time our order is wrong, now our bowls our meals come in are about half filled. I just spent $11 for about a half a bowl of food, in one of their ever shrinking bowls…
I love the food at Noodles, my favorite is the Buffalo Chicken and Mac & Cheese. We used to get a lot of takeouts with Noodles, but 75% of the time, they would get our order wrong. So we stopped ordering takeout. Still one of my favorite locations, though. Even though it’s always either freezing in the building or way too hot. Very odd.

I do not eat at Noodles and company very often. I ordered the Pad Thai and I think it was missing ingredients like Cilantro and lime which are listed on the menu.
