If this place ever shut down I dont know what I would do with myself! I’ve tried a good variety of their meals and they are all always so fresh, hot, savory and amazing! From the noodles to the bread, the desserts, I love it all!
I’ve ordered multiple dishes. The Pad Thai with shrimp is THE BEST! The Japanese Pan Noodles with Steak and extra sauce is top tier and the Korean Noodles with steak were also amazing. I’ve also ordered dishes like the Regular Mac and Cheese, the Chicken Bacon Alfredo and the 5 piece bread with marinara. All in all when im hungry, I always want Noodles. And when I want Noodles. This is the place I call or place my orders with online, in person or in delivery. Never disappoint!

Service was decent and food was good but can’t get over the part where the staff doesn’t wear gloves. They went from the register than to building plates seamlessly without washing hands or gloving up. The bacteria/cross contamination is crazy imo.

I came in this morning for a 10:35 AM pick up for Christina B. I was greeted after about 3 minutes how’s all you can hear is chatter in the kitchen….a 45 yr old female who informed me she didn’t have an order for this person. I asked her kindly to refresh her screen…. I’ve been mentioned quickly that when I arrived the order was confirmed. At that point she took offense through a per hands and commented. She doesn’t know shaken her head no…. Then she goes to show me her tablet. Making kind of a big deal for no reason that it’s a 10:40 AM pick up and that i’m too early….lol. I told her I don’t mind waiting its not a big deal. I’d like a Free Chili Garlic Ramen for this ordeal. This order was only a Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Salad…

I ordered online. I ordered mac and cheese as well as pot stickers. The macc and cheese was a little cold but reheating was not a problem. The pot stickers however was one short. Having ordered online for delivery this was not an easy fix.

Usually happy with this location, fast and friendly service, and my order is usually prepared correctly. The only issues I have had all came from their rice crispy treats. Once they were rock hard and another time they were out for my online order. Both of those times the staff was more than helpful. But this time I received these two rice crispy treats. There is a huge difference in the size of these. And even the larger of the two is smaller than usual. Really disappointed I paid $2.50 each for these.
July 11, 2021. Who knew the issue would actually get worse. The last two times I’ve ordered from this location they have given me two children’s rice crispy instead of the regular size. Than when I took them back, I was told it was supposed to be 4 small ones to equal the 2 I ordered. This does not even out. This is a rip off, only question is it intentional or just poor management? Either way its not worth returning

I ordered a regular size Mac and cheese and not only were the noodles the wrong type but this is about ten forks worth of food. I regret tipping ahead of time. This was absolutely not worth half the price I paid

I ordered a bbq pulled pork Mac n cheese bowl and while the noodles and sauce was hot, the pork was cold in the middle. They offered to remake it, and my second bowl also had cold pork. They offered a free protein the next time I came in which was nice, but I don’t go to Noodles often so I got a refund instead. Really sucks because I am 33 weeks pregnant and now I have to go find lunch elsewhere.

Ive never had issues with any other locations but this one. It’s a issue every time here. The employees are always on their phones while preparing meals… which is extremely unsanitary. Also THEY. DO. NOT. LISTEN.!! My partner and I are allergic to peanuts, but we love the pad thai…. The last FOUR times we have came to this location we have asked for the pad thai without the peanuts and we have to send it back everytime. We specifically said every time that we have an allergy. It’s gotten to the point that we ask the employees to repeat our order back to us and they do but every time we end up sending it back….. I’ve never had this issue with any other location. I went here because it’s closest to my house but I will no longer be returning… they’re customer service is awful even aside from the wrong order issues I’ve had, the employees here act as if they all hate their job!! Nobody is professional or at the very least, have a positive attitude towards customers.
