This restaurant is filthy. Food and garbage littering the floor, baseboard peeling off the wall, a horrible job of spackle being plastered on the wall, and the cashier was rude. Upon the leaving the restaurant, the staff were all standing behind the counter yapping. Maybe one of them could’ve gone around and at least swept the floors. Absolutely disgusting.

Don’t eat here. Too many other good restaurants, some just literally a few steps away. Soda machine broken (it was broken last time I was here too). My Mac and cheese was cold and the bowl was half empty. The shredded cheese they put on top wouldn’t even melt. Place is filthy. And all the furniture and fixtures look like they’ve been through decades of hard use without maintenance, repair, or renovation.

Most other reviews echo what my experience has been: soda machine out of most flavors, orders prepared incorrectly, and staff issues—particularly young rude employees who openly say negative things about their coworkers within earshot of customers.

No longer 5 star. Ordered penne Rosa with feta…literally one piece of feta in the whole dish. Also sat at a table to eat in the restaurant and now they put everything in bags and plastic to go. Really bad for the environment. Not the same. Disappointed.

Poor form today. I normally love Noodle and Co, today this location was understaffed to meet demand and the poor quality food was the result. I waited a long time for Pad Thai which was a blan soup with hard, undercooked, stuck together noodles. Pot Stickers cold. I am sure they could do better if they had the capacity. Also, what happened to dishes or the dine-in feel? So much plastic, including three forks, in a paper bag for a one person meal.
