Today I ordered a DoorDash order from noodles and Company and when I ordered it, the food was still the noodles were dry. My rice crispy treat was as hard as a rock. My child did not eat their meal because they thought it was disgusting. I do not recommend eating here. The food and service is awful. The employees don’t work with you in the rude and disrespectful. I called to make a complaint and they didn’t answer. Then I called again and they ignored my call and then the third time they answered and she hung up on me so this is ridiculous. I do not recommend.

The food is good. Pretty clean for fast food. The decorations and atmosphere are good. Not very busy, it is easy to get a table. The workers seem unhappy. A little pricy for what you get. They ask for a tip before you even taste your food. The Shrimp Scampi was very saucy and watery. Otherwise very good.

We haven’t been to Noodles for a couple years and we were really surprised by the conditions inside. Every table was dirty. The floors were filthy. The cushions on the booth benches were worn and had food crumbs underneath. We were there Saturday 3/1/25 at 4:30. It was empty but had a lot of carry out orders. While we were there nobody ever wiped down the tables. This place used to be so busy! I think they would benefit from a refresh and workers being more attentive to dining conditions.

My first time ever at a N&C and In a nutshell, the restaurant and bathrooms were very dirty, food is overpriced for the quality and portions, no lids for drink cups. I don’t know how the other locations are, but regardless of the state of the restaurant, I would never go back just based on the fact that you could find any of the dishes they serve in the frozen section at your local supermarket and make them in your microwave at home for far less money, and they would taste every bit as good.

Haven’t written a review in a while, but this location deserves kudos for the the service they provided the customer in front of me. She was about 14/15, her sister had put their order in online and she came in to inform them, they had made her order wrong. They looked back on their order log to find out her sister had actually made the mistake and put the order in, incorrectly. They STILL graciously REMADE her order!

Went to this location to get pickup and found a sharp plastic piece in my pasta after I left. I reached out to the store and the manager told me he would send me a coupon for a free entree to right the error. I’m still waiting on that coupon, it’s been four months. Store seemed clean though.

Noodles were terribly cold. The gentleman that was giving us our order at our table made about 4 rude faces and remarks in about 30 seconds and proceeded to throw a fit when he forgot part of our order and utensils. Normally have a great experience here but this one was the worst we’ve had since coming here for 10 years plus. Hope this gets addressed.

From the second, I entered the store I was utterly disgusted by the scent, the cleanliness and the presence of your employers. First of all, we all ordered a meal with drinks, and yet our cashier failed to provide us with a cup. If I recall correctly, I think her name was Edith and this type of customer service is unacceptable. After I have been a loyal customer to noodle and Company for years. From one from the second, I sat down at the table I noticed it was filled with crumbs, and it smelled horribly disgusting. That made me feel nauseous. Second of all, I ordered a mac & cheese, which is usually my go to, but today when I received it, the cheese was shredded and cold, and I could not eat it without feeling sick Additionally, I ordered the garlic bread and the cheese fell off and strips and it was fried and full of salt and pepper, which gave me a stroke. Let’s talk about your straws. The fact that you have paper straws and you’re just trying to save the turtles instead of using plastic straws it’s a good cause however the paper was falling apart in my mouth and dissolving with each and every sip. Also, when I ordered the tortellini with spinach, it seemed more like a salad and then noodles to me. This was a major inconvenience, because I am a very busy person and I had to get in and get out however, this entire experience just made me feel like I will never be able to walk back in those doors again sorry that you had to lose a faithful and loyal customer today, but hopefully your employees and your cleanliness will be improved after this negative review
