Basically a fast food chain that serves noodles. General fast food atmosphere, but clean and well lit. Service was excellent. Prompt, efficient and friendly. My meal .. Pad Thai with shrimp was freshly prepared and tasted as expected and was delicious. Convenient location, easy to pull in off the highway. The real boost, my dine in meal was served on a reusable plate with silverware and napkins delivered to my table. I expected disposable and really enjoyed dining with real silverware and plates. I also chose a prepackaged chocolate chip cookie to take with me.

So I love Noodles and Company. I think the food is good and I also think they have lots of options. I know this location is brand new as of Dec 2023, but they have things they need to work on. The customer service was not good. We had a problem with them not accepting gift cards? The main reason we came here was because we had a gift card. When we asked for a manager nobody could find him. And finally when the manager came over he said they couldn’t do anything, didn’t say sorry and only offered us a rice crispy treat after we didn’t respond to him. The atmosphere is generic, weird and lackluster. I hope they make changes to the inside eventually.

With a lot of new businesses, it takes time to perfect everything. I just hope they do sooner rather than later.

Our order for the pick up window was set to be ready at 5:16. I pulled up to the window patiently waiting for four minutes while watching the workers put food together. In four minutes not one employee greeted us. When she opened the window she asked for the name on the order slams the window shut. When she brings it back I said that we had been waiting for four minutes and she replies yeah okay and shuts the window. I’m sorry for inconvenience you to do your job.

Ambrosia checked us out today, she was so inviting and friendly! She made sure our meals were hot and came out fast. 1000/10, this lady needs a raise! I wish there were more customer service workers like her!

On November 14, 2025, at around 7:45 PM, I witnessed a cook turning away multiple customers because “his screen was full” and he wouldn’t be able to take any orders for 15–20 minutes. If I were the owner, I would be extremely frustrated watching hundreds of dollars in business walk out the door simply because the manager couldn’t assign one of the several employees in the store to the front counter. This reflects very poor time management, poor customer service, and an overall lack of effective staff and asset management. I ordered in the store online.

Last night at we (party of 2) walked in at 745. Maybe two tables occupied and only one take out customer waiting. Nobody acknowledged us standing at register. One employee game to register to do something, then left, did not acknowledge us. At 754, us still standing at the register a customer walked in and female employee promptly asked if customer was to go or dining in. I then said we had been standing there from some time and was told they had to serve this customer first as apparently her their mobile order was already started. Employee was not polite at all, therefore I was not polite back. Multiple employees walked by and looked out from kitchen area.

All together I got 5 maybe pieces of beef in the spicy beef.. I wouldn’t even say I got 5 pieces? Never eaten here before and never will again. Also got Mac and cheese which is subpar.. they added all cheese sure, but where is the cream, butter? Did they put any love in the food? No. Mac and cheese wasn’t made with a rue.. it was gross to say the least. Wasted 50 between myself and my partner. I guess you live and you learn.
