Everything about this company on 21 & Ingersoll is just OK… Even the hiring department is messed up..Emmaly hire u one min and won’t give u hrs the next..They stopped giving hr to a few people I know & then just fired them for no reason without warning..They say u get tips but emmaly takes the kids tips.. so wrong.. I will be calling corporate cause the way that place is ran is ridiculous…They need a better management team..

I asked about their potion sizes, so I could pick something that’ll fill me up for the evening. They pointed out two bowl sizes, and I went with the larger of two options. The food came out quick and was delicious. My issue however is that the amount of pasta that they put in my bowl was roughly half full. They essentially covered the bottom, and left the rest open space. If my order had costed closer to 6 dollars, that may have been reasonable, but the $9.50ish price for such a small amount left me feeling somewhat cheated. Since this is my only time eating here, it’s fair to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a coincidence that one time. In short, lovely food, wish they had filled more than half the bowl I paid for.

We ordered extra sauce but the noodles were still dry. I think there was just too much shredded cheese on top. I could only eat about half my food. The girl running the register was super nice and the employees seem to work well together. Restaurant seemed clean.

what a rip-off. ordered buttered noodles (regular size). was half the amount I ordered last time I was there and was charged an online order fee. Food was not hot. paid 1.25 for a teaspoon of extra butter. good thing I got extra because there was none on it. Won’t be doing that again. $9.27 for a cup of noodles. next time I will just go grab a pack of ramen. This is not the first time I have been disappointed by them. Maybe I learned my lesson this time.

Food was alright until I found a small piece of plastic in my pasta. Which I guess is still better than what I thought it was at first which was a fingernail Still no good and glad I found it before I accidentally ate it. Makes good food, but really needs to be more careful with the food prep clearly.

Out of 3 ingredients that create the dish, spinach was completely missing, there were about tomatoes total, and mushrooms came in less than that. As one of their simplest dishes, this was packaged knowing that the dish was inaccurate. For the price you pay for their pasta, this was incredibly disappointing.
