I bought a Rice Krispy bar from the location on Merle Hay Rd and had to take it back after opening it up only to discover there was hardly any marshmallow in it at all. So much so that it started falling apart on its own. Very disappointed, I returned it for another one, only to be met with the same issue with that one as well, very little marshmallow added. At almost $5 a bar, come on Noodles & Company get it together. Because there aint no way a company this big should be selling Rice Krispy bars that don’t meet the requirements to even be called a Rice Krispy bar. Do better as I’m sure I’m not the only one met with disappointment after opening up one of your Rice Krispy bars!

First time ever going here, I watched one of the women employees stick a piece of food in her mouth. I then get home to taste the food I got which had no favor whatsoever so you could say I wasted time and 16 bucks on food I put in the garbage disposal. I will say the young man that was at the front was very helpful to with my order.

Absolutely incredible service and food!!! I came in with my boyfriend entirely in PJs feeling a little out of place and the staff immediately made me feel right at home! The lovely people connected on greeting us and were so genuine and human. I was struggling a bit to read the menu so the manager stepped in and made recommendations based on my specific likes, i believe his name was Doug but Im unsure. Either way his extremely professional understanding and explaining of the menu ended me with a Rosa dish I LOVED. Couldn’t have had a better experience anywhere else!! Thank you for the lovely experience and DELICIOUS food!!!

David remembered us from our visit last week and couldn’t be more cautious about our order-my husband has celiac disease and David was very kind and courteous with all of our questions. Our food was delicious and the restaurant is very clean. We will be back!

Wife and I always get the Chicken Parm, double chicken. Usually that fills the container and we eat dinner and lunch the next day. Today the containers were half full. Wasn’t even enough to fill us up for dinner. If this is the new skrinkflation normal we’ll be done here like we have been other places. $30 dollars for not quite enough for dinner isnt ok.

I do love this place. No matter what you order on the menu youare in for a surprise and a delicious treat. Although the staff does get a little chatty you overlook it because of the relaxed atmosphere and clean eating areas.

Ordered delivery and they sent my order without half my meal, I called and the girl answered that yes she was aware they did that bc she was looking at my food that I ordered and wasn’t sent with my delivery. I got a whole whopping $2 back and not the food I ordered. I was told if I drove down there I could get it. What a joke.

Went today ordered a reg pad Thai with no eggs add tofu. First there was no tofu. They got the no egg part right but also there was no other ingredients. Not to mention. The bowl was only half full. Another edit. I got to work after a long day and decided I didn’t want to cook. It was 11:00 something before I tip 20%. I get the order in the bowl is only filled up halfway if that. If I’m paying that much for a bowl of pasta should be filled to the brim. This is now the second time I order has been either messed up or very low portion. I won’t be back unless they make up for this.
