I haven’t been to a Noodles and Company since I was a kid and it was way better than I remember! First off, the staff were super kind and helpful.
I got the Mac and cheese bbq pulled pork and it was very good. The cheese was super cheesy on the noodles. The pulled pork was a generous amount.
My wife liked her gluten free Mac and cheese with grilled chicken!

Food came out very quickly and was very fresh. They initially did not remove the onions like I asked and when I brought it up they immediately remade the order fresh and corrected the mistake. Best customer service I have had at a Noodles!

I ordered two entrees and was HIGHLY disappointed. It has been a few years since ordering from noodles and company. First the portion size of the bowl is smaller, the content inside the bowls was way less also. My chicken was burnt, the mushrooms were forgotten in my dish. The second dish was mediocre at best. The quality is not there anymore. What I paid for two dishes at noodles and company, I could have had a sit down dinner at Olive Garden!

Chicken noodle soup broth is dark and has an odd flavor profile, almost like a beef broth. The chicken had gristle bits in it. Can’t say I care for it.
They also forgot my dressing for my salad (take out order) and so my first visit to Noodles will probably be my last. Salad looks good, but I haven’t taste yet because I have to run to the store to get Caesar dressing. They offered to remake the salad or I could come pickup the dressing, but I’m not driving across town for dressing that should have been in the bag.

When it’s good it’s great!
But when it’s not it’s really bad…..this is a Hit or miss location …
Unfortunately.
Both of the entrees noodles were dry and seemed like they were old and, unappetizing clumpy.
The noodles in my recent shrimp scampi were old and dry , I think the sauce was omitted as was the spinach and shrimp was scarce.
I Added parm chicken it was over done dark brown like jerky dry.
The marinara sauce was weird a different dark orange color tasted weird and not as it usually is.
Bread was good as always.
Sunday may be a day to skip eating here .
The quality of the meals we purchased was poor.
When employees take a bit of pride in their work it shows and when they don’t it’s very evident in the quality of the food.
Will definitely not be eating here again .

Ordered a $17 Med salad delivered, so it ended up costing me about $23. Salad had a head of unchopped lettuce in it with dirt still on it. Emailed Noodles and Co. corporate, and they sent me two $7 off coupons that say “enjoy a free bowl” which can’t be used at the same time. I would like to see what bowl only costs $7… See the attached picture.

I went there with a friend before school just to get smth to drink. And the manager was so sweet and gave us the drink for free. 10/10 this was my first time coming here and I will definitely be coming back for lunch and stuff cause they r just so nice to their costumers and the atmosphere is just peak!

The noodles are always fresh tasting and delicious. Better than a lot of standard “fast food” choices in the area and there is a large selection to make our picky family very happy.

Service was fast, friendly and helpful being that this was our first visit. Our order was brought out to us within 5 minutes of ordering and taking our seats (on a Friday at lunch time). Both dishes were delicious and filling. Will definitely go back to try some of the others!

Great noodle dishes, amazing salads and I love their Curry Chicken Soup. Definitely a great place to get a fast meal. Definitely beats fast food drive throughs.
