This location is normally our favorite but today that has definitely changed. I ordered a noddle soup (regular size) barely had noddles. Not an exaggeration, trust me. I kindly asked for more and instead got an attitude and employees talking about me. Super professional! When I went to the front to ask for more. Lacking in service and employees with an attitude. All for a little more noddles. Disappointing!

Pasta was hard. One plate had little broccoli while the other one didn’t have any at all even though it was in the description of the pasta. Missing my drink as well.

There food is amazing. One time I was there, I asked the person at the register, what their fav meal was here. They gave me some options, and I told her what I was looking for. So they helped me out, and the food was amazing.

We had a horrible experience at another Italian restaurant nearby (rhymes with Karrabbas). After a 45 min wait with a reservation at the other restaurant – we pivoted and went to Noodles and Co in Grandville. Their customer service was TOP NOTCH! They were so kind and accommodating. The manager and employees were so lovely and helpful. Bravo Noodles! You saved the night!

The cashier was nice, but the service was awful! They messed up my order and forgot the chicken. I told them, and they took the whole meal back. I asked if I could just eat it since I was starving, and they could bring the chicken, but they said no, they had to toss it and make a new one. What a waste and terrible customer service! I had to wait for a whole new meal with no apology. And to top it off, when the waitress brought it, I asked if the chicken was there, and she said, “I believe so.” I’ve been going there for ages, but I’m done. Your staff needs to learn how to handle mistakes.

The staff here is the absolute best. I came in to see if I could get some of their potsticker sauce for my pregnant wife. This has been her pregnancy craving since the beginning. After explaining that to the staff, they helped me get a WHOLE BOTTLE of sauce! Definitely made for a happy pregnant woman!! Thank you so much, we will be back for more when she runs out!

We came here for the first time & it was amazing! Natasha took my order, she was super nice, helpful & patient while we looked over the menu. She made sure to check on us throughout our meal, overall great service. I got the Cajun shrimp fettuccine & my boyfriend got the buffalo mac & cheese— both were great.

Impressively incompetent workers. Waited 15-20 minutes in line without being served before being told there was a 30 minute wait. Had they told everyone in line at once that there was that much of a wait it would be forgivable, but waiting in line that long before being told is a new level of incompetence.
