This store was awesome! The staff was friendly and attentive, the dining room was clean and well kept. You could tell that this staff team was respectful with one another and well coordinated. Shout out to Stephanie!! the manager on duty. She was happy to help with a smile and with a sense of urgency. I can always appreciate service like this!☺️

Thank goodness, my wife and daughter suggested noodles in this group of buildings after my granddaughter‘s birthday party at a neighboring sushi place only allowed four people at a table didn’t have room for the extra five even though they took our nine person order and abruptly ignored my daughter, waiting to see the rest of us while they proceeded to set other diners that I will cover in their evaluation when I crucify them, but general manager fill as the head cook and Sebastian as the crew team member worked in harmony to create a wonderful dining experience for us discarded patrons of the other business. My wife and our son-in-law both had chicken Parmesan while my daughter had.
Actually, my wife and I don’t know what my daughter had but I know that it was absolutely delicious and she really enjoyed it. To top it off they had finally rice crispy treats for dessert over the years. We’ve gone to other noodles and they’ve always have run out of rice crispy treats, and I drove us crazy cause they’re big pieces. Bigger than cheesecake and absolutely marshmallow are delicious. The soda was great. Sebastian was very caring and coming around making sure that we were OK and enjoying our food Phil was in the back cooking up a storm and this was just an absolute delight. I recommend this to anybody and yes, this group of nine would’ve sat easily in this establishment without problems.

Despite not being a fan of the recent changes happening to the menu here, I decided to give my local noodles & co. another try. I had just remembered I could get a pasta bowl with fresh spinach (used to be called penne rosa) and that’s not something offered most places. After hesitating on ordering due to the price $13 being more than I wanted to pay, I decided to go for it, for the fresh spinach.
I attempted to make use of the customization offered on their website ordering function, to order Rigstoni rosa with tomatoes, spinach, no mushrooms or parsley. The website encouraged me to substitute another ingredient in place of mushrooms, so I selected spinach again. Yay more for me!
I recieved a bowl with the proper noodle substitution, and no spinach at all. Just noodles, tomatoes, chicken and sauce. The order printout is attached as a photo. I fear that I may have been overzealous in attempting to make use of the customization features offered when ordering online, and if that is the case, lesson learned.
Needless to say, I was disappointed in not receiving the ingredient I had come to noodles specifically to get. I can’t seem to get it right here and I can get similar portions for lower cost at most comparable restaurants in my area. For those reasons, I am unlikely to return.

This was my first time trying Noodles & Company, and I was pleasantly surprised. Although the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the food made it worth it. The dishes took a little longer to come out than expected, but the generous portion sizes more than made up for the wait. Everything was flavorful and well-prepared, and I appreciated the variety of options on the menu. It’s a great spot if you’re in the mood for something casual but still want a satisfying meal. Overall, despite the slight wait and cost, I’d definitely come back for another visit!

Worst Noodles we’ve been to. Resteraunt wasn’t clean and it was cold inside. Pop machine was broken so had to by bottled water as no free water option was offered. All four dishes were dry and sauce amount was skimped on. Out of gluten free noodles we ordered due to an allergy, but we were not told until after we had ordered and we’re sitting at our table.
We have not ever jad a bad experience at a Noodles, so this was disappointing..

I ordered the Pad Thai, and within the first few bites, I noticed the chicken seemed bad or undercooked. To make things worse, I found a hair in my food. The manager did offer to remake the dish, but at that point, I was too grossed out to continue eating. Definitely not worth the price or experience.

This place should be called the nasty noodle. The food was under cooked and terrible. We spent over 60.00 and didn’t even eat the food. We are hoping we don’t get food poisoning. The store was dirty, the bathroom was flooded from the toilet over flowing. We will never go there again, this place should be shut down.

NOODLES and company. Noodles is literally in their name and they don’t even know how to cook noodles. WAY UNDERCOOKED. What a sorry joke, definitely won’t be back. $10 for a small butter parm noodle, no butter or parm taste on the UNDERCOOKED noodles. Chicken was supposed to be on the side and the only bit of parm I saw was on the chicken that wasn’t on the side. How do you call yourself NOODLE and co. And you can’t even cook your noodles all the way through. This is an honest shame. Hopefully for their sake we were an only case of this. Either way we definitely won’t be back and probably wont recommend people go there. First impression is everything, remember that with the next dish you serve. You wanna cook food cuz it’s your job or do you wanna cook food the customers want to return for? This was definitely not a dish worth returning for. 0/10 coming from another line cook not just some grumpy customer.

I didn’t get the women’s name that worked here but she had blonde hair and was shirt. She did a ridiculous racist act. I’m doing Uber Eats and I walked on the pick up side to wait on someone to acknowledge me so that I could get my order . A couple minutes after me walking in and standing waiting on someone to acknowledge me a man walks in the young women walking up after the man walks in and she straight goes to his phone to get his order after I was there first waiting. I just felt like that was very racist because why wouldn’t you take me first as being a women and me standing here way before this man .
