Everyone was nice. Food was good. As a cook of 30 years I would recommend more cleaning since you can see the kitchen. The drink machine hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Good thing I have a great immune system. Would of got 4 stars, but the kitchen just looked gross.

This store was very nice and employees were great especially Logan. We explained we had a shellfish allergy and when the food was made he explained he made the noodles again because being the end of the day certain things were already cleaned so the pan he used he realized and made it a whole new pan to make sure there was no cross contamination. Will definitely be back.

What is going on at Noodles and Co? Back in the day for 2 people you got 2 entrees and drinks for about 20 dollars. They bussed the tables and didnt accept tips.
Today I spent nearly 30 for a quarter of the food I used to get. Now they ask you for tips and you bus your own tables? Which no one had done because the dining room was worse than a high volume Mcdonalds. Trash can piled beyond its rim. The foods steadily been becoming more mediocre. Today though felt like cafeteria level garbage. Spaghetti and meatballs to rival off brand Chef Boyardee. Complete with a crap caesar salad with brown lettuce. Staff seemed to have little to no knowledge of what was on their menu.Not sure why they ask “dine in or take out?” Because they give it to you in tp go boxes regardless.The only real china you get is a cermaic dish to hold the plasticware they throw at you.To ironic not to laugh.Its so bad you have to think its on purpose. Noodles has never been a 5 star establishment but it was never this bad. This feels like a restaurant with stage 4 cancer. Spend your money better.

The food was not that delicious. I was not impressed with the flavor or quality of the food. The floors were very dirty. The pop machine seemed to be either running low on syrups or calibrated wrong as the pops all tasted bad.

Waited 20mins dining in, the whole building is disgusting and needs deep cleaning everywhere. Dining area, bathrooms and especially the kitchen which should never get to the point that it’s at. Food wasn’t terrible but I was starving so that might’ve helped it. Surprised I even had an appetite after entering and seeing the condition of the building

Stopped in for lunch and not a single customer in location. Thought it would be nice. Not a single table was clean. We cleaned them all while worker watched from the back. Food was wonderful!

The manger Dominick is very polite and very great customer service I love this noodles and company always ready to take my order and always fast forward there amazing service I would recommend coming here to eat anytime of the day they are the best

I will always come back here as long as DJ is working! He is such a respectful, kind, friendly, young man with a great smile, and good manors! He needs to teach an etiquette class to his piers (lol) I received my food very fast, eventhough I purchased carry-out, he even came and brought it to me, which he didn’t have to do because he was the cashier that day. Representation matters, and any company should be proud to have him there as a part of their team.

Food tasted good. Got Korean beef noodles and beef stroganoff. Prices are a little high for the portions you get. We were hungry again within 2 hours. Good spice on the Korean noodles. Beef was a little chewy. The place needs some SERIOUS cleaning (that’s what cost them 2 stars). Doesn’t matter how good your food is if it makes you sick. (We didn’t get sick, but a dirty restaurant will get people sick).
