I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I order from this location about once a week, so I’m a pretty loyal customer. Recently I called in an order and was given the address for the east side location. I drove there, picked up the order, and didn’t realize until I got home that the food I received was completely different from what I ordered.
When I called the store to explain the situation, the employee I spoke with was extremely rude and basically told me they wouldn’t help me or refund me because the order was placed at a different location. There was no attempt to fix the issue or even show basic customer service.
Mistakes happen, but the way it was handled was really disappointing. When someone spends money here regularly, you’d expect at least a little effort to make things right.

I am not a big fan of their Asian offerings, but the Italian fare is really good and hearty. My favorite is the Alfredo MontAmore with Parmesan-crusted Chicken. The Shrimp Scampi is really good too!!

Not only did I find a hair in my food, the service was shockingly bad. The young girl at the register was very nice, but it took a really long time to make the food. I also saw several tables in the lobby looking annoyed waiting for their orders. A very strange experience

Horrible pad Thai. It’s been great in the past but here lately the management has gone downhill. I used to ordered this dish all the time and here lately the noodles aren’t cooked all the way and there’s zero sauce. It’s literally the worst pasta dish I’ve ever had. And it used to be great. The most disappointing part is that every time I take it back management acts like there’s nothing wrong with it. I don’t like companies doing bad business in Bloomington. That’s why I’m leaving one star

We called the east Bloomington, IN Noodles and Company early in the week asking about the meeting room they have. We were told $20 or 10 meals was what it cost to rent the room. We get there to set up for my son and daughter in law’s wedding shower. We get there, get all the food set up, and guests started to arrive. The store manager came in and out of the room and ask who we talked too, but did not tell us we had to leave or buy the food from the his restaurant. He waited until the bride and groom got there to cause a scene. He told us to buy food there or leave. I have never been so humiliated. It didn’t matter what we were told by the employee.
I nor the 20 people we invited will ever be embarrassed in a Noodles and Company again, be will not be back!

Prices are way too disproportionate to the amount of food you get to justify going back here. Asked about ingredients in my meal, wasn’t told the relevant info and ended up wasting fifteen bucks on a small drink and pasta bowl. Staff were courteous and the store was clean, but I can’t overlook the other issues unfortunately.
