This was my very first time visiting this restaurant. I thought about going several times before but I always seem to change my mind at the last minute because I didn’t want to be disappointed. Today, I decided to stop in and the only disappointment was that I did not do it sooner. I decided to try the crispy bacon alfredo, parmesan chicken bowl. This dish was so delicious, it was fresh packed full of flavor. I was pleasantly surprised. My intention was to take a few bites and finish the rest at home, before I knew it, half the bowl was gone. The cashier, Fernando was very helpful, very courteous and patient. Nowadays, it is hard to find great customer service but again, I was pleasantly surprised. I had quite a few questions about the menu, and not once did the cashier show any signs of frustration. For me, great customer service skills go a long way. I also decided to try another dish which he stated was popular with other guest. I will definitely visit this restaurant again. Great job Fernando and kudos to the person who prepared my meals!

Tha cashier/server Landon was outstanding and very people’s person individual that knew his job well and very kind. The food blew my mind I had the limited 4 cheese chicken Alfredo Isabel made that dish to perfection and the taste was phenomenal. We will definitely go back to this establishment. Drove all the way from Southshore Chicago to try this dish. Great job !!!!

Great place for healthier, “faster” food. Everything is freshly prepared to order.
I chose the Zucchini Pesto with Grilled Chicken which is perfectly prepared so the zucchini noodles have a slight crunch. The Korean meatballs have a unique sweet/spicy glaze that’s delicious.
There are bottled drinks and also a soda machine that dispenses everything you’d ever want to drink.
The bathrooms, countertops, floors and soda dispensing area are all squeaky clean. Great customer service as well.

Great spot for families with the option of a small pasta with a salad and the choices of kids meals. The kids meals come with two sides like broccoli, a pouch, and rice krispie treat with a drink, and it’s served in a takeout container. Just ask for the lid at the desk. My kiddo had spaghetti and meatballs she have a chef’s kiss.
It’s not exactly Livio’s, but it’s a great and quick option while out with the family.

First time back at Noodles & Co since the menu changed. I asked for steak in a meal that didn’t normally get it. This is an additional charge of 4.25 or so. I received no steak. I did not reach out and don’t care to since I wont be returning to this location.

This location has smaller portion sizes compared to the Munster and Merrillville locations. Twice I have ordered Pad Thai and the noodles are burnt brown in half the dish. It throws the entire taste off.

I ordered from Noodles around mid-July and ended up sending feedback as my order had burnt, inedible shrimp and meatballs. Lindsey, one the shift managers, made an initial reach out and then I never heard back. I even followed up. Thanks for wasting my time and not refunding me.
