Stopped in to grab a quick lunch. Was not busy, so I didn’t have to wait at all. Got the grilled chicken caesar salad and the buffalo chicken mac. The salad was alright, though a bit weird, not having any romaine in it. The buffalo chicken mac could use some work. The pasta was cooked properly, but had no mornay sauce on it. Just a smidgen of shredded cheese. If you like your pasta plain, this might be the dish for you. The only other beef I have is that the prices listed on the menu were not accurate. Both items I ordered were charged at $1 more than listed on the menu. I get that times are rough, prices are going up, and what not, but be up front about it. Don’t lie to me.

i accidentally ordered my food to the wrong location, and while they couldn’t cancel the order on their end, they took down my correct address and worked with me to create a solution. i also ordered food an hour before close, when i honestly don’t expect this level of service that late. overall, great service here.

I have been to this location multiple times but today is the first time I’ve had my order missing an item. I went back in and the lady at the counter was super nice and offered me a free drink for the trouble. I declined but just knowing they have great customer service and were willing to make it right meant a lot to me. Best chicken and noodle soup around

I don’t really have any positives to note. The food was lackluster, at best, the staff were not super friendly, and the prices are insane for what you get. Never say never, but I really don’t think I’ll be back.

I’ve enjoyed getting delivery from this location of Noodles and Company for years now. I placed an order a couple days ago but when the order arrived it was missing one of the entrees. I called the store & spoke with Billie. She was very kind & apologetic regarding the situation. She was also very helpful & provided us with a generous resolution to the issue.

Terrible experience. The actual flavor of the noodles wasn’t bad but they were burnt and had a Smokey smell/taste. Veggies also tasted burnt. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to trying this place.
