Being my first time visiting I didn’t have much to compare. The environment is clean, and well cared for. The menu is easily readable and they seem to provide a large selection. My review is based solely upon the dish I received so I don’t want to discredit other options. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and noodles, I’m told it was a fan favorite. I found the food to be tasty yet the noodles had a rubbery texture which became awfully sticky and extremely heavy on the stomach. There too existed some type of ingredient that threw off that delicious appeal. The food appeared fresh yet failed to meet my expectations. For the price I was expecting more.

I took one bite of chicken and thought it was a bit chewy. I then noticed several RAW pieces of chicken were in my meal. I promptly tossed the whole meal out and will never be going here again.

If you’re a minor looking for employment, I would look anywhere else. District manager and store manager can’t handle dangerous situations and everything’s a joke to them. It’s really embarrassing. I worked here for the last year and a half, pregnant for the last couple months. It took one final dangerous incident and a court case to show me that they don’t care about their employees. District manager complained about showing up to court. Theres no “pride” in this store. Really thankful for the cameras in the store and many crew members! The rest of management makes jokes outside around their cigarettes. It’s a cheap store, everything is broken or damaged, the prices are outrageous, and the drama is ridiculous. I’ve never worked with so many grown people invested in drama. It’s so weird. Leaving is the best thing to do here

We came mostly for salad even though it’s a pasta place. It’s ok. The ingredients were good but they were packed together rather than tossed. The apples in the salad were too much and too big (this shouldn’t be a fruit salad). Dressing was good. The Pad Tai was flavorful with a slight kick. We got take-out – took a bit to make. It’s only slightly less expensive than Panera but with a lot less care (for salad). Maybe we should stick to pasta here… it does have noodles in the title after all.

I worked for this location for a few days now the first day I worked here they said I wasn’t in their system so I couldn’t clock in. They said they’d document my hours for me. They did not document any hours and didn’t pay me for any of the hours I worked. I still have not received any pay from noodles and company and I worked for them back in mid June. HR acted like they would handle the situation now they do not contact me back. I literally worked for them for free.

I had the Chicken Noodle Soup, and my husband had the Thai Chicken Soup. We ordered the small and it was a nice size serving. The soups tasted great and we were very pleased. The lady who brought our food to our table was nice and very energetic. We will be back to try something different.
