Tried their takeout once—tasty and decent, but nothing that really stood out. A bit pricey for a chain. Since it’s close to the office, I might stop by again to dine in, get a feel for the vibe, and try the food fresh and hot so I can give a better update.

The food is pretty good but the prices are a bit up there for what you get. Just a bowl of pasta is generally about 14 dollars. Also, it’s illegal in Ohio to tax food eaten off the premises, so why is this restaurant taxing take out and delivery orders on the website? Won’t go back or update my review until this is fixed.

This was first time I’ve ever experienced the Noodles & Company Restaurant. The menu was small. However, You can interpret that a couple ways. For here, it was definitely quality over quantity. You ever goto a Mexican restaurant and they have 6 pages of food and almost all of them taste bland or just bad. The staff were very nice and helpful. I asked if they had anything spicy. He said he could add spice on the side. Which was awesome. The food was delicious. both my daughter and her step-sis enjoyed as well.

I have been to a bunch on Noodles & Company but I’ve never had flavor like this at any of them. I had the Japanese Pan Noodles and everything about it was amazing, the noodles had a wonderful thickness that made the sauce taste even better. The steak was juicy and perfectly seasoned. My wife had the Alfredo MonteAmore with Parmesan-Crusted Chicken and it was just as good in the opposite way, the noodles were soft but not in a bad way, and the chicken was perfectly crunchy on the outside. I have to say the whole experience was made better by the customer service. The General Manager Mrs. Cooper took our order while her staff were working in the kitchen and after our order was taken she immediately went to the kitchen to help cook since there wasn’t anyone else that needed to place an order. Since we’ve been here she’s been running orders to customers while working in the kitchen and taking orders. Leadership by example is something that’s been in short supply but she exemplifies it wonderfully.

I love Noodles and Company. Ordered takeout but ended up dining in because I was worn out from a long drive. They have a lovely Coke machine that dispenses raspberry Coke like they have at the movie theaters. Girl did a fantastic job taking my order over the phone. Food as hot, fresh and perfect. Restaurant was super clean, tons of seating and very cozy. No one does Alfredo Montemore like Noodles & Co. Do your tummy a favor and go in and sit down! Highly recommend! Just perfect!

Found a hair (that isn’t mine, mine is more blonde and not the same texture) in my Med salad, so gross. I only took the lid off to put the dressing in and then put the lid back on to shake it. If they don’t wear hair nets already, maybe they should consider doing so.

Today was my first time trying Noodles and Company, I order Pad Thai, and felt like their portion sizes are small, they said it is 4oz and this is how a small order looks. So if you’re hungry I would get a large lol. This is how my bowl looked when first taking off the lid. For the price, I don’t think it’s worth it, probably won’t be going back, too expensive and not enough food in the bowl, also the chicken isn’t all that or the cookie for 3 something

The service was outstanding they were so friendly and helpful. We were indecisive and they were patient with us. This was my husband’s first experience he’s a bit of a foodie and he loves it. We will definitely visit again and soon.

This was the first time here. We didn’t know what to expect. We got the Mac and cheese, linguine with sauteed shrimp, and zucchini noodles. Both were really good. The Mac and cheese noodles could have been cooked more but my kids loved it. I also got a Caesar salad side. For $4, it could have been bigger. But overall the food was good. Definitely a place we’ll be back to visit.

Dear Noodles & Company,

It has been a while…When did your cookies get so disgusting???? AND WHY IS THERE FOOD DYE IN THEM?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? It is a chocolate chip cookie!!! There is yellow 5 and 6 in it. WHY?!?! I am so disappointed. Yuck.

Regular food:
Over-priced for what you get. Good, but $14 for a small bowl is stupid.
