My son has LOTS of food allergies, and the manager/head chef was very kind and accommodating of my son’s needs. My son enjoyed the chicken, broccoli, and cucumbers. I like that they use fresh ingredients!

First time trying this. Did a to go order to take back to our hotel. Food took about 8 minutes from the time we ordered. I did the Japanese pan noodles and my daughter the buffalo Mac. We thought overall the food was OK. We both agreed we’d go back and try something else. I like my noodles more sauce-y and both our orders seemed a little dry. Flavor was nice though. Service was exceptional. Very kind, answered questions, and provided a drink “on the house” for coming in.

Hello Store manager, please reward your staff. The level of professionalism they have is awesome. I entered the restaurant at 7:50 pm, ordered at 7:56 pm and the order was at my table by 8:01 pm. Order was perfectly taken in one go. Everybody from the front desk, to kitchen to back kitchen was working non-stop the entire time I was there.

Isaiah was wonderful! This was my first trip to a Noodles and Co. I was so happy at the service I received. I asked questions, and got plenty of answers! I was a little discombobulated when I was ordering and I placed my order incorrectly and Isaiah got it fixed for me right away! I appreciated him going the extra step to make my first visit go so well.
I will definitely be back at this location when Im back in town!

Food was Delicious l. Calming Lofi music playing at an acceptable level that still allowed conversations between parties. Staff was amazing and courteous and was very service minded even assisted us signing up for rewards to get future points when eating there. Definitely will be back!

Ordered pickup for 12:45, got there at 12:50 and they only had 2 staff members. One cooking all the orders while the other ran around taking new orders and packing to-go orders. Staff was very friendly and apologetic. They were both working their butts off and working with what they had despite rudeness from other people there for pickups. Thanks to the 2 staff members for keeping their cool and getting orders out as quickly as they could!

We happened to get the GM of the location Devin who was at the register assisting us but the way he was interacting with his team I think anyone would have been as competent, kind, efficient and friendly! I love noodles and honestly I was at one two days ago in Glendale, WI after my flight there from LA and they would have not gotten 5 stars. Thanks for making this a great experience for me and my dad, Devin and all!
