Noodles & Company was fine, but nothing stood out. The ramen tasted like packaged ramen with a lot of oil poured over it, which was disappointing. The Caesar salad was pretty sad—mostly just a bowl of iceberg lettuce with very little else. The mac and cheese was also underwhelming; it was very dry and almost solid. Overall, it was okay for a quick meal, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.

I’ve only eaten here once but I loved my noodle dish and my husband loved his choice! The restaurant has the same kind of feel as a Panera Bread – not fast food, but not a conventional restaurant. The menu has lots of fun noodle choices. We will definitely eat here again!

Came here with my co workers and family to eat usually good service and food, but tonight was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The first time I got my food it was wrong and was ice cold. Everyone else I was with, there order was wrong as well. Not a big deal though sent it back waited 30 more minutes came back wrong AGAIN. I’ve been sitting here for almost 2 hours now with my kid and I’m pregnant and we’re starving at this point and they won’t even have the decency to talk to us and help. The workers here have argued with my coworkers bc there food was cold and wrong and they claimed it was fine when it had been sitting on the line for that long. The workers are slamming and hitting the back door where we were sitting and ignored us when we went to see about a refund just to find out after standing there for 15 more minutes for the guy to come back up front they not do store level refunds anymore. this is the MOST ridiculous service ever. The Store manager who had to come in the talk to us and help whom was off the clock was super nice other than that I will not be coming back. the employees are rude and flat out not trained to be by themselves without some kind of actual manager there. 0 STARS

My partner and I came in 10 minutes before closing and we were greeted with the kindest, welcoming employees who graciously made us feel at home and told us not to rush. I haven’t had this level of kindness and service anywhere in a very long time. The staff is amazing and friendly. They took such good care of us, the food was fantastic. We will be back.

I got the chicken broccoli carbonara. Very little sauce, if any, chicken was very salty and the broccoli was not cooked (almost raw). 2 people got the steak stroganoff and found it too garlicky and lacking sauce. With the sun setting, the west facing windows could use some type of sun blocker. It was blinding to sit in the main dining area.

Delicious food and more than adequate portions even for the “small size” I had the cheese tortellini with zucchini, mushrooms and garlic sauce. Of course, the garlic has stayed with me for quite some time, haha. Sooo good!

Had another great experience! The Pad Thai with sautéed shrimp was prepared perfectly and my wife had the Alfredo noodles and Parmesan chicken with broccoli. She was tickled.

Ate there with my son and husband 12/8 around 3 or so. Our order was taken and delivered by a super respectful, customer oriented young man with a name that started with an M. Unfortunately, I threw away our receipt with his name. He was excellent and made an impression more than the food.
