Haven’t been to noodles in a while so I stopped in for lunch and decided to try their Japanese pan noodles. When I got home and opened it I was completely disappointed. I ordered a small but the container barely had anything in it. I paid $4 to add tofu and got five small pieces. The worst part though was that everything was completely burnt and inedible.

I’ve been here 3 times now for a salad and they are DELICIOUS!! Who would have thought they had salads and they taste great! Super friendly staff every time I’ve been in. Highly recommend! This time I got the Mediterranean chicken salad. YUM! So very tasty!

Food is good, but my fiancée and I will not be ordering from here anymore. When I got down to the last few bites of my bowl, I suddenly tasted bitter metal, and spit it out only to find a small watch battery. Fortunately, the battery was intact and there was no obvious signs of acid leaking from it, and the bitter coating from the battery did it’s job by letting me know it was there so I didn’t ingest it. This was a doordash order so we got the money back for my meal specifically, but we are looking into who to contact over this.

Obviously Noodles and Co. is a chain, but some are definitely better than others… my experiences at this one have not been great. First experience- staff was confused by simple questions and an attempt to add extra veggies (ended up doubling the price). Second experience- even worse, I received the worst Pad Thai I’ve ever ordered- the noodles were gummy, and the sauce was so thick and sweet, almost like the sauce you’d get on orange chicken. Not at all close to what I’d expect (or want) when ordering Pad Thai. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because my husband said his Rigatoni Rosa was good. Very disappointed as noodles&co used to be a simple staple “go-to” for me, but this one will not be.

I stopped here to pick up an order for another person. The staff is incredibly friendly and they apologized for the 11 minute wait. I had two employees offer me drinks or something to eat which was very nice of them. So overall I think they do a good job but The fact that you have to wait 11 minutes for your food at times is something to take into consideration.

Honestly I am a bit of a foodie and I was shocked at the 2.9 star rating on this restaurant. I was about to head to Peño and a lady next to me in her car was eating this delicious looking bowl of hot noodles. I was like, what is this?? Even though I’ve passed a million times, I hadn’t yet tried Noodles & Co. in summary- the service was excellent, the bowl was as hot, fast, and affordable. It is one of the best fast casual meals I’ve had in Wilmington They also have a really cool modern yet laid back dining room with lots of character. Even though I had water to drink, I still admire that they went for the “make any flavor” super soda machine. Give this place a try for sure!!! Recommend the spicy Korean steak noodles

I genuinely do not know why I continue to go here and expect anything different-maybe he I’m the stupid one. EVERY single time I go to this location the staff is maybe the slowest moving humans on the planet. I only do pick up orders because of my short lunch breaks meaning my order should be ready and AVAILABLE to me when I get there or soon after. Why? Because they are never busy enough for the work load to by why I always stand there for 20 extra minutes and that’s the entire point of a PICK UP ORDER. I always have to wait for the staff to even acknowledge my presence in the store at all and my order will just be sitting behind the counter but none of them think to ask what I need until the 20 minutes have passed. They literally just look at me and say nothing. I have never once gotten my order within a reasonable time frame.

Staff is fine. Chili Ramen thing: god awful. Overcooked mushy noodles in an inedibly salty glop. Do not order. Also got cavatappi thinking maybe the old standby’s would work. So salty we threw it away without finishing (as we did the ramen). Is it the corporate recipe or the execution at this franchise? No idea, but trust me: if even I can’t finish the food, that’s saying something. I eat pretty much everything.

Great place, like, I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was my family’s first time here and the staff was very helpful and patient with us. The dining area was clean, too. The food was the best. We each got very different things. My one kids, very plain buttered noodles, they had an option for him. Both the Mac and cheese bowls, to the noodle bowl were all good. Definitely going to be one of my family’s regular spots.

This is the third time I’ve been to this location and first I want to say the employees here seem to be very rude !! Today I had a takeout order I placed on the app, with a penny Rosa entree and a entre of grilled chicken caesar salad. I came inside the store to grab my pickup order that was ready, and thankfully I decided to check my taped food order that because my meal was missing Caesar dressing and there was also no chicken on my salad that I paid extra for. I kindly told the female working the front that my chicken and Caesar dressing was missing , and there was no apologies or concerns about it she just mentioned getting it for me. Not sure why she was rude or seemed irritated with me when I paid for my food and just wanted the order to be correct.
