We placed our order, scanned the app, sat at the table with our number and within 20minites We had our food. Friendly staff . Clean dining room. The customers were also friendly. The bbq pulled pork mac n cheese was delicious!

So it’s me again folks. That’s right, the Charlotte hood critic. I’m here for the first time. I’m ready to run it all down. First I ordered dine in. I tried the chicken noodle soup which wasn’t anything special. I also ordered a side salad. And by the picture you can see it’s so small that it needed to be put aside. No cucumber or tomatoes or onions. Just lettuce with some Parmesan cheese powder and croutons. The soup needed some surgery. And the chicken in the soup was too big. It needed to be cut better. It’s almost big enough to make a sandwich. I’ll try something else next time I’m around here. This was a 10 dollar snack and not a meal. Highly disappointed. The website shows it looking so good but it’s missing ingredients from the pic on the website. Go figure. Noodles were undercooked as well. Chicken is quite dry as well. Not likely to be a repeat customer. And not really anyone in here any way as customers, so this is a factor as well. I think the best items here was the fountain drink and the napkins. Major dissatisfaction. Not even dressing for the salad. I tried a barbecue balsamic sauce for the tiny salad. This was not filling at all. So toodles noodles.

I’ve seen this place numerous times and decided to give it a try. Not what I thought it would be, but better. The food and service were great. I definitely will be coming back. We had the Chicken Parmigiana, BBQ Mac with Chicken Breast, and 2 orders of the Korean Meatballs.

I always get the steak stroganoff that was suggested to me the first time I came in by Nicole at the cash register who is soooo nice by the way and it was amazing. I tried the rice krispie the 2nd time and that was amazing too, so now this is my 3rd time here and they are super busy but still showing soooo much grace and patience, while speedily getting food out, I will definitely continue to come back here.

First time to Noodles & Co! Very impressed with the overall experience. Clean atmosphere, over the top friendly service (Trinity) and the food was amazing. I tried the Pad Thai with chicken. This is the small but was enough for me. Thank you to your wonderful staff and look forward to returning soon!

Cute atmosphere but nothing to write home about. It’s decently well kept but the service is what makes the experience unbearable. It is painfully obvious that the employees don’t want to be there, which makes me curious about the work culture. This alone wouldn’t make me think that, but then you see exactly where they get it from. Management is worse. Asking for simple things from them seem to be a chore. I even overheard a sigh from one of your male managers as he walked away because I asked him for a straw (there were none out). The best thing here is the food and it’s pretty ok at that. However everything else just brings the whole experience down unfortunately. Maybe I’ll try again in the future on a different day.

Absolutely horrible experience. Firstly, the bathrooms? Don’t even try it. I was greeted with FRESH ejaculate on the doorknob of the women’s restroom. I immediately alerted an employee walking through the dining area who assured me that she would bring it to the attention of her GM who was in the back.
She finally came (after about 10 min) and after so long it was still there but had somewhat dried and appeared more like thin soapy water. I know exactly what I touched and how it looked. She offered me my meal for free and I just left. Insulting at best. I will never return.

Update: 11/25/2020 – The local management contacted me about our previous experience and offered a chance to redeem themselves with free meals. We took them up on the offer today. We had a very different experience today. Clearly we had caught them on a bad day before. Today was a good day. The staff was courteous and professional. The dining room was clean and tidy. We were there around 1:30 and there were a couple of other tables with diners. Our meals came quickly and were hot and full of flavor, our server delightful and perky! We all loved our meals and are making plans to return. Give them a try!

We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come clean the dining room after they were told there were no longer ANY clean places for patrons.

I just moved to NC from Michigan. Noodles and Company was one of my go to spots back home. I can’t trust it here apparently as I am suffering a horrible reaction after finding a regular noodle in with the “gluten free noodles”. I have never had this issue before and it could just be this location. But as this is a food allergy and they were so careless to let this happen I will NOT be back. The other things that were disappointing were that no one greeted me when I walked in and I had to stand around for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to talk to me so I could get my pickup order. It was a very unpleasant experience and unfortunately I didn’t find the noodle until after I had eaten a good bit of the food. I have been to many locations and this is by far the worst. If you have a gluten allergy, please go somewhere else. Clearly they can’t be trusted. It’s sad because like I said they were one of my go-tos but not anymore.
