This was my first visit to noodles and company. The prices were reasonable compared to many other places. I asked one of the employees named Rob for suggestions as I only eat halal and he was happy to customize my order of Pad Thai by making it an egg only option. Great ambience and pleasant staff.

It was my first time at this place and had high expectations. Well it didn’t meet them. I got the spicy chicken alfredo and bacon pasta. My pasta and chicken were cold. Taste was okay. Probably won’t be back.

Clean your restaurant. Floors were filthy. Cushions are ripped. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Trays you serve the food on were gross. Soda machine was filthy. Chairs were broken.
Food came out slow. Was cold when it arrived. I’m not even a hard person to please but when the McDonalds across the street is in better condition you’ve got problems.

This is my first time at this location and I will not be coming back. Food took over 30 mins and all we ordered was a kid’s meal and a BBQ Mac and cheese. Food was at room temperature, the Mac and cheese was not cheesy and tasted like store box Mac and cheese. We were charged for a drink without asking.

My wife and I tried this restaurant out. It was very good. The flavors were strong. I got the Wisconsin mac n cheese and my wife got the pesto tortellini. The small is not large enough for an adult to get full by it self. They were very busy, it probably took 15 mins for us to get our food. Overall it was a good experience will try again later.

The tables and the area were very dirty, the restroom had a lot of paper on the floor and smelled bad, there were no lids for the drinks and no napkins either.

Dirty restaurant and the food is really bad except for their side Mac and cheese. The butter noodles were hard and dry. The chicken parm was unimpressive. Their soda machine doesn’t taste quite right either. I also didn’t like the forced tip considering they don’t do anything.

I’ve always wanted to try Noodles & Co. The parking lot was clean and had plenty of parking. Upon entering, the restaurant is clean. Not extremely inviting as I sensed a language barrier.
I came specifically for Zoodles shrimp scampi, but they no longer had this option.
I’m unsure if the person I ordered with was unaware, but eventually, another staff approached to assist and informed me that it was no longer an option. Not making suggestions for a replacement. The staff was kind enough to provide a menu that I could review instead of looking up at the larger wall menu.
I went with the regular Pesto Zucchini zoodles, which have basil pesto, grilled chicken, tomatoes, mushrooms, and parmesan. I added shrimp and removed tomatoes. The Pesto zucchini was amazing for an option that isn’t all carbs but high in vegetables and protein. The zoodles were prepared perfectly, and the flavor was very good. Noodle & Co is a Yes.

Does the small crispy chicken bacon Alfredo not get broccoli? The menu said it had broccoli but there was not any on mine. I know it is only 4 oz but there was room in there for a few pieces of broccoli 🙁 I spent $17 on a small pasta, a snack and drink, but I couldn’t get any broccoli? The pasta was okay but the chicken was a bit salty. Friendly staff. Fast kitchen. The fresh giant homemade rice crispy treat was awesome.
EDIT: wow did not think this would get worse but after consuming 75% of the ‘amazing’ rice crispy treat, i found a black straight hair in it! My hair is textured and brown! Disgusting! Will never come back to this place!!!!
