Whoever was working on Tuesday, December 23rd 2024 during closing the closing shift gave me burnt chicken and half baked soggy garlic bread. They were very nice to us, but once we opened the food at home, we were met with disappointment. I love Noodles n Company and have been to many chains but this was just a bad experience. Please do better next time.

The food here was good. It felt more like fast food as far as the quality was. It is still tasty though. The staff is nice and area is clean. There are a lot of options on the menu. Our kids loved it here. There are a lot of options for kiddos.

I usually love this company, first time dining in this specific location, but I was surprised to receive my food unusually cold, didn’t complain about it bc I’m not a Karen, but it definitely threw me off a bit considering a dined in and it’s an open kitchen were they make food in front of you.
Other than that it taste good as always and the cashier was friendly, maybe it was just a weird one time occurrence.

Read so you don’t overpay. Went in here as a Senior and asked for a meal I saw was 12.65 on the menu and a courtesy cup for a water only. I was overcharge by being rung up as if I had a drink or combo. I heard her say 18.53 was the charge so now I don’t know if they added their own tip also. I paid but later at my seat began to question this bill. I asked the lady what the spicy Korean large meal alone was and she told me 17.53 she doubled down on the high price again then I had to walk her to the menu board and show her that is not what I had read. She said she was very busy. I told her to slow down and stop ripping people off. Warning get your receipts and so the math when you eat here. They only had one employee working Lunch at that time also.

I ordered food via DoorDash delivery for me and my son (3yrs old) on Saturday 5/10/25. We ordered the Mac n cheese kids meal for him. Which comes with a choice of kids drink. We chose the chocolate milk. It was after 8PM so upon delivery I placed the milk in our fridge to drink later. This morning 5/12/25 I went to give him the milk with his breakfast. I took and sip and threw up immediately after . To my unfortunate surprise it was chunky and curdled. I checked the date it doesn’t expire until 3/17/2026. Which means the careless employees left the milk out and then refrigerated it later . Not only is this negligent but extremely dangerous. A huge food safety violation . They could’ve killed someone’s child or gotten them sick. I tried multiple times to call the restaurant to make them aware but they don’t even answer their phone . They let it ring and hang it up . I’ve notified corporate and plan to report them . I pray this place gets shutdown and they are held accountable. If you value your and your children’s safety stay away from this place !

Not impressed. I ordered the spicy Korean steak noodles and they were drenched in way too much sauce and had like 5 little slivers of steak. The employees were nice but very unimpressed with the food.

My review is primary for the Chicken noodles soup. I think it is better than Panera’s by far . Nice perfectly cooked noodles and grilled chicken.
Update. 5/12/2025
The food is still great but for some reason they decided to use wide bowl as they do for the pasta dishes. This makes the soup cold before you can finish it. Bad change idea.

Savanah is AMAZING!!!! We’ve been coming here for years, to the point of she knows both ours orders, every time! She’s always a friendly face, especially when my husband had surgery a few months ago; she was always so kind, as to ask how he was, when I would pick up dinner. She’s a keeper!
