We LOVE this place and keep coming back every time we visit from out of town since unfortunately, we don’t have one locally! We’ve tried several different dishes and each one always passes the taste and the quality test. As someone who doesn’t eat meat, I appreciate having the Tofu option for protein. It’s decently priced and the portions are large enough to be filling and have a snack for later if you decide to take the rest to go. Drink options are diverse too, but the food is the best part! I highly recommend joining the rewards program they have because it does add up! Bon appetit!

They gave the complete wrong order. I ordered Ramen noodles and ended up and steak mac and cheese. It was awful and I know the supervisor knew something because he took my food to the back and put it in a to go container. He knew better and didn’t fix the issue.

I have not visited Noodles in a couple of years. Each time I do go, their menu is updated with more delicious options. Their menu options have evolved to provide more vegetarian choices. During this visit, I tried the Cauliflower Rigatoni with Garlic Cream sauce. To top it off, I requested grilled chicken but could tell this dish is great without the chicken. Simply put, this dish was phenomenal!
This particular location is located near the theater in Kingstowne. Easy to get to with a friendly staff. I had originally intended to eat at Firehouse but am glad I chose Noodles!

It’s a chain, so don’t expect gourmet cuisine. You can get a quick, tasty bowl of noodles. I thought the spicy Korean beef noodles were pricey for the size of the bowl.

I wish I could give the atmosphere a negative star. Walking into this Noodles and Company felt more like stepping into a sauna than a restaurant. No air conditioning in the middle of summer? Seriously? It was uncomfortably hot and made the entire dining experience miserable.
To make matters worse, the food isn’t what it used to be. They’ve changed the recipes, and not for the better. If you’re going to cut corners on quality, at least keep the environment bearable. I couldn’t even enjoy what I ordered because I was too busy wiping sweat off my face. This visit was a total disappointment from start to finish.
Until they fix the AC and bring back the flavors that made this place worth coming to, I won’t be back.

I love this Noodles and Company location! It’s easy to find a meal for my daughter who is super picky. My daughter loves the rice Krispy treats and Mac and cheese. The workers are so nice and we come so often that they feel like family. I miss Egypt with the blue hair. She would always remember my order and our names. I also appreciate how they update their menu. Great job Noodles and company!

This location steals customers money. They have stole from me twice! I would never go to this location again. & wouldn’t recommend anyone go here either. The manager said it would take weeks to get an approval for my refund. Terrible experience! This happened when I went in and ordered and when I ordered for delivery. When I ordered delivery my food simply never came or made it out of the restaurant. And I have not received refund. I’ll definitely be reaching out to their cooperate office and the BBB.

I’ve actually been coming here since they opened in 2010 and it’s been consistent. They dropped the size of their bowls a couple years back, but they’ve added more sides and pasta selections recently

Giving credit where credit is due! Noodles and Company is tucked a bit back in Kingstowne. That said, it is worth a visit. Many of the Asian noodles dishes are great; my go-to otherwise is the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese. The larger size is a very filling meal; the smaller size works well as a quick bite. Service is quick and friendly!
