We had a great family dinner here. Everything was hot and fresh and delicious. Great kids meals. The perfect size and easy to take to go if needed. Gluten friendly and carb friendly options are available. It was nice that they also offer a real silverware. The vegetables and mushrooms were cooked just right, not mushy.

A week or so ago i was on my break from work and i was exhausted. The cashier who took my order was so sweet and understanding and made me feel welcome. I dropped my drink accidentally and felt so bad because I didn’t have time to fully clean it and she reassured me and cleaned it up for me. She was amazing. I don’t remember her name but I remember she had the cutest blue and black hair!

I click the wrong button by mistake when I was paying and it added a $5 tip to my bill that I didn’t want to add. So , I immediately told the cashier to cancel that transaction and I explained why. I order the same exact thing and he charged me the same, and told me he couldn’t refund the $5 tip . I insisted it was a mistake, and he said he was not going to do it , so i cancelled the new order and left, and still they kept the $5. My order was already $31 , I didn’t want to pay 5 more dollars. I used to go to the Chantilly location and I never had a problem there . I learned today they closed that location. I’m not coming back to the Fair lakes one. This was a bad experience.

Came with my boyfriend because hes never been to noodles and company and loved it! Even gave us an extra dumpling order (not sure if it was an accident) but it was really sweet and kind. My fav cheat spot everrrr!!!

Good area. Nice, neat, and clean. Utensils fully stocked, drinks not watered down, endless napkins available. Myself and my guest felt comfortable. Great customer service, friendly and helpful staff. Food is tasty. Good portions a price.

Normally this place hits but I made a mistake on getting the 4 cheese Alfredo… it was worst then what a 3rd can make. My wife got what she always gets and it was a hit…. Note to self don’t try their specials bc they won’t look like the pictures and portions will be cut in half.

I ordered via online and went to pick it up and eat it at the place and thank god I did because the noodles were undercooked to a point it was raw. I went to the front and politely asked them to cook it but I believe they took it and microwaved it because it was loose but still hard in the middle and the meat is way too chewy to eat. I understand the lack of staff and it is hard to find workers but this is unacceptable in any way. I doubt management and ownership will do nothing but anyone who’s going to this place needs to know. Go there with a grain of salt. There are other cheap ways to get food other than this place.
