Love this place. Its great for grab and go or sit and sip. It tends to be really cold inside during the summer. Bring a jacket. Sweet tea is great. They regularly refresh their menu and bring back old favorites. Pasta lover’s paradise.

Crazy that they charge 4.00 for shrimp and give you 4 little shrimp in youur bowl. Cause its a dollar a shrimp….. food was good but not worth the price.

I had placed an order for my lunch break at work. I scheduled it ahead of time due to my lunch always being at the same time. I ended up going an hour late. I had went in and told them what happened, simply asked if they could reheat it for me. Wonderful customer service! They were super nice about it! They ended up just remaking it for me which is amazing! Thank you guys so much for constantly going over the top!

No good today. Ordered the Cajun shrimp and substituted the peppers for broccoli. The broccoli was 100% raw, uncooked, and awful. So I picked out all the broccoli and bit into a shrimp, it was undercooked. So I picked all those out and just ate the noodles. The table behind me had a complaint when the manager walked over to see how they were doing, but never said a word to me. They got free mac and cheese, I got nothing. Were they friends of yours? And by the way, Pier 1 went out of business five years ago, you can probably change your location now. Is anyone paying attention to anything over there?

Totally disappointed yesterday when going to Noodles & Co to find they no longer have zoodles!!! That is the only reason I go there. Decided to try parmesan chicken & butter noodles suggested by cashier. Chicken is so thin & hard. I will not be back since they have removed the zoodles. Why is everyone taking away healthier???

never had a problem until now. i ordered food at 7:40 at 8:00 it finally was ready. it was one bowl of noodles. after i finally got it. the food was wrong. i had to go back and tell them. and they gave me the right order because they had switched them up. but the food was cold and not good. i felt too bad to go back and complain again. they didn’t even apologize about the wait.

While the food is delicious (thus the 5 star rating for Food), lately the employees, including one that I believe is a manager, talk/yell incredibly loud in the kitchen. This kitchen is open air to the entire restaurant, and it leads to a completely miserable experience. If this issue can be resolved, I’d gladly update my rating to reflect the improvement.
