The food was average great service, took a little bit very friendly. But company is UnAmerican they support multiple genders and getting young kids asking parents to explain strange sign. Never will go to another Noodles and Company, I didn’t see the sign before ordering sucked.

Stopped in for an early lunch. Ordered grilled chicken Pad Thai and Chicken Parmesan.
After four customers after me placed and received their orders, I finally hear the counter person call for the chicken Parm (twice). Another two orders were taken an in the process preperation prior to the packaging of my order. Upon arriving home I placed the Chicken Parm in front of my daughter (her order) and we both sat together for lunch. Later the day my daughter started have some stomach discomfort and spent the remainder of the day and most of the morning in the bathroom. Just wanted to have it noted, they may be a connection with the extreme delay and impact to my daughter.
No ill affects from the Pad Thai.

The food is tasty most times depending on who is actually cooking it. The atmosphere leaves much to be desired. It’s better to call or order online for timeliness because they make the food fresh. I can’t complain about the service because the staff was cordial, but the exception is the staff seemed eager to get you out of the way to accommodate other customers. All in all, the experience was ok but it has changed a great deal since they opened.

Raw chicken was served on our to go order. Called establishment and the staff member proceeded to state “next time you need to ask for well done” isn’t chicken supposed to be well done at a temp of 165 anyway? The fact that the chicken was VISIBLY PINK and it made it out of the kitchen, to a prep station and served is reckless. Temp anything that comes out of your kitchen SPECIALLY chicken. Salmonella outbreak waiting to happen; review and ENFORCE your HACCP ASAP. Manager apologized and gave refund when I returned to the store with salad.

This is my second time coming over here and I love it. I recommend this place to everybody in this area cuz the food is amazing and the service is super great. My son order some butter noodles and he didn’t like it and they change it without hesitantion and with a smile on their face. The place is really clean and the food really amazing

Train your staff a little bit better when you’re ordering food. Do you want the small or regular? Which type of noodles do you want with your order? Good customer service goes a very long way.

Something changed with this place. The food is different now. There’s barely any sauce in my pasta and the spinach is undercooked. In the Mediterranean salad that I got last time, there was wilted greens and no olives.

Uninspired dishes seem like glorified ramen. Green curry is not green, mostly oil or butter, no broth, spicy without flavor. Sweet flavor with pineapple chunks, yuck! Even paying for extra chicken with the shrimp is too little meat for the noodles. Chipotle adobo pork lacks vegetables and mushrooms. Pesto cavatappi needs more vegetables and pesto.
