First time trying this chain. Not bad not amazing. But that could be cuz I’m a noodle connoisseur . I got the garlic chili ramen with marinated steak. Husband got chicken bacon Alfredo with rice noodles (as per their recommendation) since he’s celiac. Despite communicating his gluten free needs when ordering, they put breaded chicken in his bowl and he got sick from eating part of it.

Horrible service by staff, but mainly because of Cole, I think was his name, I couldn’t quite see name tag. Taller skinny white gentleman with hat backwards. Was cursing audibly with children around, and smelled like Marijuana. Not to mention the food is disgusting and they drop the noodles into this vat of standing water and throw wet noodles into a bowl. Cannot be sanitary and we couldn’t believe our eyes while watching our food being made from bar area. No way my kids were going to eat dirty water, watery mac and cheese. And touching everything with bear hands, tossing meatballs by hand onto my kids spaghetti that came out the dirty water too? Where’s the state inspector? This cant be legal. Disgusting. Left and threw the food away immediately. With the gentlemams attitide, I chose to take the cash loss than deal with him. Keep your kids and family safe and avoid this location at all costs.

I’ve ALWAYS experienced nothing but professionalism and happiness and friendliness at this location..
Even sitting at the table to eat, several different team members stop by to ask if everything is OK and offer to get me something else. I’m blown away by this to be honest because you don’t see this level of service in an environment where you order at the register and sit down.
And the food has always consistently tasted great. And when you leave, they all ask if I enjoyed what I ordered.. this didnt happen just one time, this exceptional level of service happens every time I’ve been at this location. Wow.

It takes effort to get an order this wrong. The online order for four items wasn’t ready at the 11:45 pickup time they told us (not a busy time, I’ll note), there was no chicken on the Med Salad, they failed to give us the Mac & Cheese, and as a kicker they ignored the No Plasticware request. Also, we had to redistribute the salads because one was overflowing and one half-empty. Unfortunately, it’s a half hour from our house so can’t just drop back in. We order because it’s supposed to make our lives easier.

What a terrible experience. My spouse and I both got pad thai. First, that’s not supposed be a spicy dish and it was very spicy. Also there was barely any Napa or red cabbage and no cilantro at all. I’m not sure what dish they were cooking but it certainly wasn’t the one on their menu. The egg was burnt. I also found several of the Japanese pan noodles in with what was supposed to be a gluten-free rice noodle dish so if you have a gluten sensitivity beware! The silverware was dirty. I asked for an extra bowl for my daughter and there was food residue left in it and the girl at the counter actually handed it to me like that. Overall it was a very bad experience I will not be returning.
