I definitely recommend this place if you want a quick meal. It is clean and neat，comfortable sitting in for everyday noodles. The environment is modern，with a big screen showing the menu. There is a pick up shelf as well，seems pretty organized for take away convenience. I want to say the restroom is very impressed for such a small restaurant. I would go there again to try some different noodles.
One suggestion： I was hoping to see Venice type of seafood noodles with shrimp and cuttlefish but just had Lemon Shrimp Scrempi，which also tasted very well.

Food is ridiculous good, service is very friendly, and we are regular customers. BUT they NEVER got our order right!!! NEVER!!!
They ALWAYS forgot one extra sauce or extra protein, or something else!! tonight I got chicken pasta and they COMPLETELY FORGOT my chicken!!!! That is just so frustrating and ridiculous.
The food tastes good, and I like how friendly the staff is, but PLEASE read my order before making it!!! I am so angry. So angry. Maybe will not comeback anymore.

Man I drove all the way down here craving Mac and cheese and some soup. Service was terrible my bowl was thrown around and my soup had two pieces of chicken and three noodles in it

made a online order and arrived on time for the order. no one would come out of the kitchen to greet us at the counter for over 20 minutes and still didnt get our food for waiting in store 30 minutes. other customers were also waiting.

I always order the chicken Pad Thai. This is my first time here and 3rd Noodles and Company. It tasted different and was way better than the other two. I actually saw the grill marks on the chicken. I have never seen that before and I got alot more.

My daughter wanted to try something new when we came to the city for a little shopping. You can’t go wrong with noodles, so we ran inside to get out of the cold. They had just opened, so it wasn’t busy yet. Everything was clean and smelling good, plus it was nice and warm! Best part when it’s 9 degrees lol But the real star of our meal was the kind lady behind the counter. She made the experience a 10/10 for us. She made us feel like family, but like the good kind of family that makes you wanna come back and visit again. Not the bad kind that you dread seeing at Thanksgiving. We really hope we get to see her again. My youngest liked her so much she tried to eat all her food just so she could go show her lol (she got too full so she took it home) Everything we got was hot, fresh and really quite good, especially for the price. My girls loved the garlic bread and the drink machine. They have one of the cool touch screen ones where you can make something truly disgusting. They love that stuff! All-in-all, we had a great time and the food was great. We’ll definitely be back and hope to see that super cool lady again (I hate that I forgot to get her name)! It’s funny how 1 person can make the experience so much more memorable.

I placed an order and the wait was about 30 minutes they had a young man light skin about 5’10 scratching his head without gloves handling food…I would also like to know why they’re not required to use hair nets …you can get 1000 of them for about $10 bucks. I really wish these restaurants are held to a higher standard for the safety and well being of the public.
