We got a sizzling garlic with crispy pork and chicken. Also got dry Guilin with beef shank and shrimp. Both plentiful in big bowl and delicious. Friendly staff. Tables got bussed quickly. Food came out fairly quickly. Beef truly melted in your mouth; so tender! Chicken was super tender. Shrimp cooked perfectly, and the crispy pork belly was great. We loved the bok choy served with the noodles. Spices were well balanced! We added in a side order of fried dumplings. The BBQ pork was so tender with a subtle lovely flavor. Loved it! Definitely returning!

I had an amazing experience overall, ordered “The Guillin Spicy and Sour” and got it as soon as I sat down. The bar area is quiet, and the lighting is cozy. Definetly a go-to spot for pho/ramen. The wings were crispy, with jalapenos I put in my pho. Atmosphere was perfect, would be amazing at night.

It’s the best food I have ever tried. I am Mexican and I can find similarities of the Pho with our traditional caldos, but to be honest nothing compares to the exquisite, celestial experencie that is to eat a house wonton. I would move to Tucson just to have Noodleholics in my city. I could live happy forever if that was my only flex in life.

My wife and I made the trip from Phoenix to Tucson to check out Noodleholics, and it did not disappoint! I ordered the Dan Dan Noodles, and she had the Taiwanese beef noodle soup—both were simply spectacular. The flavors were bold, authentic, and perfectly balanced.

The Dan Dan Noodles had just the right amount of spice and richness, while the Taiwanese Beef soup was deeply flavorful with tender, melt-in-your-mouth beef. Every bite was a treat.

The cozy atmosphere and friendly service made the experience even better. If you’re looking for exceptional noodle dishes, this spot is absolutely worth the drive. We’ll definitely be back!

I got the Dry noodle with tofu. The noodle was over cooked. I requested the tofu to be crispy it wasn’t. I won’t be eating here again.

I went on a date with my husband. We picked this place because the night before we ordered fried chicken and it tasted good, so we decided to try other things. The lady at the cashier was very nice. I ordered fried rice, but it comes with shrimp. I love shrimp, but my husband can’t eat it, so I asked if I could get the shrimp on the side. She asked another lady with a pink ponytail. That lady was very rude and just said, “No, I can’t do that,” and walked away without any explanation.

That was funny to me because she’s not even a cook — she never once stepped into the kitchen, so who is she to decide what they can or can’t do? The nice cashier lady then said they could remove the shrimp but couldn’t put it on the side. So we decided to remove it.

My husband ordered a noodle bowl, and it also comes with shrimp. She said she could put the shrimp on the side for him… okay, now I’m confused. Why could she do it for him but not for me? What’s the difference? She said his dish only came with two shrimps. I asked how many shrimp are supposed to come with my fried rice, and she said “a handful.” (And yes, I saw the picture — they put a lot of shrimp.)

I didn’t ask why they could remove the shrimp but couldn’t give them to me, because I didn’t want to ruin our date. But I told my husband this wasn’t right. I worked at a Thai restaurant and Chinese restaurant for three years, and I know how things work — they definitely could’ve given me the shrimp.

Anyway, this will be our last time. The noodles and fried rice didn’t taste that great either, so I’m fine going back to our usual place. I’m Asian, so I know when the food is good or not.

The noodles were very good, the broth was full of flavours and the portions big. The ambience was calm and it starts getting a bit busy late in the evening. I think I ordered the wrong dumpling cuz it wasn’t as good as I had expected it to be. Might try a different one next time. But all in all, a much visit place if you want some good food around Tucson.

Stop by today, girl with pink hair was very rude. Will never be returning. Hopefully they get better customer service. Girl with pink hair is the one you see in the picture. Customers beware.

Fresh, fast and filling! Big portions, flavorful broths, beautifully prepared meals. We ate at the Oracle location. Service was friendly and helpful.

We had the crispy pork belly, Spicy Sour soup and Crab Rangoons. I loved the concoction of the Spicy Sour soup with all the toppings – peanuts and pickled veggies with Bok Choy and your choice of two types of meat. I had shrimp and tofu. The spice was the right amount for me. Heat but not overpowering (I’m a wimp!)
The Crab Rangoons were crispy and tasty.(And they were *not* greasy like I’ve experienced at other places). My husband enjoyed the pork belly with lots of steamed Rice and Bok Choy. He had enough for leftovers. It was our first time here and we will be back.
