This is the best Noodle Box in my experience. It delivers quality, quantity, and generosity with a smile in every little box. I drive out of my way to frequent this location.
The Noodle Box in Sidney, in contrast,
is so very disappointing on multiple levels.
I’ve given feedback 3 times, but the owner doesn’t want to hear from an older woman who speaks softly and carries a big stick. ( professional nursing academic, PhD (ABD), 30 years in nursing academy, extensive national and international speaker experience, avid traveller with rich cultural experiences, community work for 30 rears, retired nurse, etc)

We went on a Tuesday night at dinner rush time, and I swear it was less than 5 minutes, when 2 big bowls of hot delicious noodles were brought to our table.
Staff are super friendly & patient.
The open kitchen has a unique vibe, and nice & warm in the winter ❤️ Not a lot of seating, and lots of people picking up, but fun to be in the restaurant, and it’s very clean.
We love this place, and will definitely come back in the future

Amazing service and delicious food! The staff at Noodlebox are super friendly, welcoming, and quick with service. The noodles were fresh, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. Portion sizes are great and everything tastes clean and authentic. The place is well-maintained and the overall experience is always satisfying. Definitely one of my favorite spots — highly recommended!

Me and my brother ordered food from Noodle Box and had a very good experience. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious.
Special appreciation to the staff member wearing a head cover with a hanky — he was very polite, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. His positive attitude and friendly nature really stood out.

We visited today and had such a wonderful time. Nannu and Guru were absolutely fantastic! Their service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They really made us feel comfortable and cared for.
The food was excellent — very fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. Every dish tasted authentic and delicious. We truly enjoyed our meal and the overall atmosphere.

I ordered the Thai style chowmein and it was absolutely delicious- full of flavor and cooked to perfection! Nanu did an job. His warm smile, attentiveness and friendly service truly made my day and added so much charm to the experience. I genuinely appreciated the way he served with such care. Had a good meal with my family of four today. But the highlight was the staff member working there. They only had 7 chairs despite the signage saying there was room for 10. He saw that we were hoping to dine in and he went above and beyond to go get three chairs from the neighbouring tim hortons as he knew one of their workers. This was a very nice and unexpected gesture. Thank you!

They were kind and fast and the serving size was decent. I love the spicy peanut noodles. Would definitely go back! Also love the traditional containers so you can pretend you are in a 90s sitcom!
