Stopped by Noodle Time for a quick lunch and it didn’t disappoint. The pho broth was incredibly flavorful and arrived piping hot exactly what I needed. The spring rolls were fresh and crunchy. Great service and even better food. Definitely a Santa Cruz gem!

Very good! Awesome taste. I ordered rare eye round steak & well-done brisket pho. Pretty much meat in the pho, which is satisfying and surprising. My boyfriend ordered braised short rib noodle soup, also tasted delicious.
Highly recommend this restaurant

We got the hot and sour soup and teriyaki chicken pho.
Very generous portions, delicious, flavorful and reasonably priced.
I liked the self served kisko to order.

First time trying and it was spectacular, will be our go-to for Asian food in Santa Cruz since there aren’t many exceptional spots. We got the beef pho and spicy beef brisket noodle soup both were amazing and tasted authentic. Beware they don’t hold back on spice. We also had the Mango sago slushy and passion fruit tea which both tasted so fresh and like real fruit. The service was fast and workers are nice. Can’t wait to try other dishes!

House-made noodles were SO good, and they give you a lot! Broth was delicious as well. We also got jasmine tea, that was nice too. Staff was super nice and everything was reasonable priced. So happy to have a solid Asian restaurant in town.

We orderd take out from beyond menu and the food was ready in 10 minutes which was nice. We ordered the wings and they were good, tasted like fivespice and were moist but they were on the smaller side and weren’t crisp. We also ordered the salt pepper chicken which was also good it was juicy and flavorful, had an intresting breading. The chow mein was really good it was tasty and had an great chew with an generous amount of meat would highly recommend. And the pho is good, with a good amount of bean sprouts, basil, cilantro … the broth is alright it’s the second best I’ve had in town but it was lacking spices and had a weaker flavor then asian expresses pho. They also accidentally gave us 2 phos instead of 1 ramen 1 pho but the service was amazing, we didn’t realize until we got home and when we called them Stacy immediately offered a free chicken ramen next time we go there withought us saying anything other then that we got 2 phos no ramen. Will definitely be back and can’t wait to try the ramen/house made noodles

Hand made noodles from heaven! This spot absolutely deserves some love. It’s a family-owned business, and you can feel the care and intention behind everything they do. The staff are incredibly kind, and the space is warm and welcoming. The food is delicious, and I appreciated the addition of digital self-service kiosks — a modern and private touch for those who prefer a quieter ordering experience. The woman at the counter went above and beyond, even gifting us free boba “because it’s a hot day.” I was so impressed by the service and will definitely be coming back.

Maybe I’m just really hungry but this is the best noodles and boba I’ve ever had in my entire life
I got the braid short rib noodle soup and WOW. The broth was SOOO delicious. The broth always makes or breaks it and wow it made it. The boba is so good too.
They have an adorable little kid helping out too it’s so sweet.
Love this place so much and so glad I finally got to try it.

Amazing. Really nice inside, really fast service, super friendly employees, great attention to detail with the water and condiment bar! Pho and salt and pepper chicken were delicious and the boba blew us away! Perfect texture and flavor on the pearls. Everything exceeded expectations and we will definitely be back.

I’ve always wanted a good Asian food place in Santa Cruz and Noodle Time did not disappoint! Their pho had flavorful broth and plenty of noodles. Their passion fruit tea was also super refreshing with real passion fruit and a hint of lemon. I’d say their boba is much better than BobaZone and Ume Tea, the other boba places in SC! The staff are all super friendly and even came to check in on us. They don’t have hours posted on google maps but they’re open 6 days a week from 11AM-9PM and closed on Tuesdays. Highly recommend!
