I have met the two most kindest people here at the fast food court at the University Mall. This was actually my third time here since we got to the state of Utah. They remind me of living in Japan for a few years and I love Japan, I love Hawaii as well. I also love the Korean food too and who doesn’t like K-pop. and Kimchi … OK!… not everyone but majority of the countries. I think maybe agree.. It’s not about Kimchi though. It’s about these two people that brings the joy in food and the love ❤️ they have respect for each other. They are pretty shy ☺️ on cameras but I asked them politely and we all laughed and they were very nice and very polite to agreed they be on Google. Furthermore, You can see the love ❤️ they were really sweet people. They are a team and I can tell that they work very hard to make this happen for everyone who loves sushi . Restaurant businesses are the toughest industries, you either make it or you don’t. I believe these guys will succeed in what they do as long as they have each other . Their food is very good . I tried to get as much information for you guys and fortunately they caved in for me and they are shy ☺️ on camera. It was so cute and adorable to see them smiling. All, I want to say is thank you very much ( gamsahamnida ) for helping me better understand the selections. I appreciate you guys. I am not a Korean but I do love all Asian cultures and love trying out new foods. To understand a culture is to learn their food. Enjoy the Asian infusion and see how you like them.

The pork ramen was excellent and the service was just as good. I chose not to get an egg with my meal and the worker followed up with me and asked if I had an egg allergy. That shows they actually care. Surprisingly good ramen for being in a mall food court!

I love that you can get excellent sushi in the mall food court and it’s actually affordable. The rice was perfectly cooked and a lot better than many sushi restaurants I’ve been to. Great customer service and they use ginger without artificial dye. I will definitely be coming here often.

I love the food here! I got pork ramen and a California roll, gonna save most of the roll for tonight. The pork in the ramen was absolutely delicious, and the California roll tastes super good. The customer service is awesome. I’m definitely getting food here again if I get the chance!

Wonderful service and great food. One of the best food court options.
I think the rolls were Spicy Tempura and Dragon.
Both were good, but not the among the best sushi locations, however at $9 a roll they were better than expected.
The Ramen was just what we wanted and was quite filling.

Noodle-N-Roll is the BEST! I’ve never been disappointed by a meal from them, they have the BEST ramen and even vegetarian options as well. Awesome service and my favorite place to go at the food court.

A bit run down spent 27 on a sushi roll and pork ramen with an extra egg. The eggs are overcooked to the point they crumble rather than a soft yolk and the roll is served with no soy sauce and falls apart since it’s rolled in a machine. The pork in the ramen is overcooked to the point of being dry like leather didn’t finish the sushi roll the fish has a strange fishy aftertaste indicating it’s not fresh the broth tastes off like it’s turned and gone bad and the shrimp has a strange fishy smell also. I don’t recommend it to anyone
