Stopped by Noodle Master for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The hand-pulled noodles had great texture — chewy but not too soft — and the broth was rich without being overly salty. You can tell they make the noodles fresh.
We also tried a couple of small dishes and everything came out hot and well-seasoned. Portions were generous for the price, especially compared to other noodle spots around Houston.
The dining area is simple but clean, and service was quick and friendly. Solid choice if you’re craving authentic Chinese-style noodles in the area. Would definitely come back.

Noodle Master Katy is one of my go-to spots—I’ve been here multiple times and the hand-pulled noodles and dumplings are always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly authentic Northern Chinese style. The portions are generous and everything hits the spot!

This place was so good me and my family came here and literally both of their dishes were super good and this is my second time no complaints always five stars. Please come here if you haven’t. You’re missing out if you have so so so good. Food came super fast, super hot. The drinks are phenomenal. Customer service was outstanding. I had a man who had black hair, kind a little older, he kept checking on us and how our food was, as well as a younger women with blonde hair. Would recommend for anyone who wants a filling big portion but made with love type of meal!

First time here and our server Dear was AMAZING. The food is delicious, nothing i’ve tried before, the sauces, noodles and broth is made from scratch and you can taste it. Drove almost an hour to get here and it was so worth it. Dear was super nice and made the whole experience even better. If you’re thinking about trying it out DO IT.

I had the Fried Noodle Combination, and oh my goodness, those homemade noodles combined with the seasoning and flavor were just absolutely spot-on. Seriously perfect! And the service? Dear was an absolute gem—so genuine and full of hospitality.

This is the most delicious, well flavored Asian food I have had in a long time. The Fried noodles are flavored to perfection and the general tso is so good. Large servings for sharing. Not sure if the chef went to school with Sister Tucker or Brother Johnson because these noodles have the perfect seasoning. We will be repeat customers.
